Hotel berhampiran Azadi Tower, Tehran

تحياتي حق كل استاف الفندق اسبيناس خصوصا مديرة رسبشن سميره خليل و مدير الفندق استاذ نادعليان. طبعا بعد تجربتي الاولي قررت هاي المره هم احجز اسبيناس و مباشر خابرتهم و حجزت الغرفه.صح انو كان زحمة بطهران و كل فنادق محجوزه بس قسم حجوزات ساعدني كتير و حصلت الغرفه. اقل من دقيقتين اخذت مفتاح الغرفه و صعدت فوق. النظافه ممتاز الغرفه ذات سريرين كبير و الحمام نظيف جدا شي مزعج انو تكييف مالتهم مركزي يعني بالشتاء حار و بالصيف بارد الغرفتنا كانت حار جدا و ما قدرت انام جيد. بالصبح خابرت سميره و هم طفوا مكيف غرفتي. شي جديد بالفندق انو بالطابق ١٣ فتحوا مطعم حلو مع منظر حلو.و كمان مطاعم طابق ثاني و طابق تحت الارضي هم حلو. شي غريب انو بعد كل ما اوصي اكل و يجيبون اكل يريدون ادفعهم المبلغ مباشر كاش و طلبت منهم انو يخلون علي حسابي و اخر يوم ادفع كلهم بس گالو هذا قانون جديد و ما حبيت چذي.حچيت ويا سميره و بعدين صار اوك و خلوا كل فواتير علي حسابي و اخر يوم دفعت الحساب. هذا الفندق بالمركز طهران و كل اماكن و اسواق قريب عليه و مع مساعده سايق الحباب سيد صادق رضايي رحت اسواق و مولات و اماكن ترفيهيه. اخيرا اريد اشكر من كل قلبي من سميره خليل و بنات رسبشن شهيدي و بورمعمار و ولد اسمه موسوي و شباب سليماني و محسن و سعيد و صابر و كل استاف اللي ساعدني بالفطره اقامتي في فندق اسبيناس. تحياتي الكم

Отель бронировала, потому что его можно было купить за рубли по российской карте. Отель в центре, от метро 10 минут пешком. Минусы: жуткий прокуренный номер, хотя я бронировала non-smoking. На ресепшен сказали, что все номера курящие. Для нас это ужас - мы не переносим запах курева. WiFi заработал не сразу, а после нескольких походов на ресепшен. На один номер паспорта 1 Логин, поэтому залогиниться с двумя девайсами невозможно. Плюсы: в ванной новая плитка и сантехника, видимо, недавно был ремонт. Хороший разнообразный завтрак, но нет соков (сиропы с водой были) и кофе из машины 3 в 1. В номере есть холодильник и чайник, много розеток. В номерах хорошая звукоизоляция. В целом, в отеле на 2-3 ночи можно остановиться.

I was very satisfied with the services of markaxi hotel in tehran . Iran is a bit complicated country . Most of the websire and aplication doesnit work in iran .and staff helped me for vpn and internet . Without their help i couldnot stay in iran . Thanks lovely staffs . I never forger ur help . I recommend this hotel to every tourists

This is really a nice place to be in Tehran. The hotel accommodations are comfortable. There is a Gym, Hammam and sauna space. Look well for the opening schedule as they are different for men or women. The restaurant is great and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. It is located in the north part of Tehran and that implies being in the traffic jam for visiting the centre of the city.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Good location Cooperative and welcoming staff Lots of cafe around. Internet service should be upgraded, difficult to login and acres in the room. The hotel guest should have access to pool/gym without extra charges.

هتل واقعآ زیبا با تمام امکانات وسهولت برای مهمانان کارمندان و مدیریت داخلی هتل واقعآ انسان های شریف بارویه بسیار خوب مهمان داری وبا نزاکت سرویس واقعاً عالی نکات منفی هتل بخش پزیرش Reception بسیاری از کارمندان رویه نه چندان خوب با مهمانان با حرکات نامناسب وبدون احترام برای مهمانان که برای یک هتل 5ستاره واقعاً کار نا بجا میباشد شرم آور است در کل می‌توان گفت هتل بسیار مناسب با اطاق های بزرگ وتمام امکانات وسهولت ها در شهر زیبا وبا فرهنگ تهران برای مهمانان میتوان از آن یاد کرد تشکر میکنم از تمام کارمندان شریف و با احترام هتل

This use to be the old Hilton - it is now ranked No. 2 in Tehran. Service was excellent! The hotel definitely needs a “grand” renovation. Other than the hotel been too old, all else was good.
