تحياتي حق كل استاف الفندق اسبيناس خصوصا مديرة رسبشن سميره خليل و مدير الفندق استاذ نادعليان. طبعا بعد تجربتي الاولي قررت هاي المره هم احجز اسبيناس و مباشر خابرتهم و حجزت الغرفه.صح انو كان زحمة بطهران و كل فنادق محجوزه بس قسم حجوزات ساعدني كتير و حصلت الغرفه. اقل من دقيقتين اخذت مفتاح الغرفه و صعدت فوق. النظافه ممتاز الغرفه ذات سريرين كبير و الحمام نظيف جدا شي مزعج انو تكييف مالتهم مركزي يعني بالشتاء حار و بالصيف بارد الغرفتنا كانت حار جدا و ما قدرت انام جيد. بالصبح خابرت سميره و هم طفوا مكيف غرفتي. شي جديد بالفندق انو بالطابق ١٣ فتحوا مطعم حلو مع منظر حلو.و كمان مطاعم طابق ثاني و طابق تحت الارضي هم حلو. شي غريب انو بعد كل ما اوصي اكل و يجيبون اكل يريدون ادفعهم المبلغ مباشر كاش و طلبت منهم انو يخلون علي حسابي و اخر يوم ادفع كلهم بس گالو هذا قانون جديد و ما حبيت چذي.حچيت ويا سميره و بعدين صار اوك و خلوا كل فواتير علي حسابي و اخر يوم دفعت الحساب. هذا الفندق بالمركز طهران و كل اماكن و اسواق قريب عليه و مع مساعده سايق الحباب سيد صادق رضايي رحت اسواق و مولات و اماكن ترفيهيه. اخيرا اريد اشكر من كل قلبي من سميره خليل و بنات رسبشن شهيدي و بورمعمار و ولد اسمه موسوي و شباب سليماني و محسن و سعيد و صابر و كل استاف اللي ساعدني بالفطره اقامتي في فندق اسبيناس. تحياتي الكم

Отель бронировала, потому что его можно было купить за рубли по российской карте. Отель в центре, от метро 10 минут пешком. Минусы: жуткий прокуренный номер, хотя я бронировала non-smoking. На ресепшен сказали, что все номера курящие. Для нас это ужас - мы не переносим запах курева. WiFi заработал не сразу, а после нескольких походов на ресепшен. На один номер паспорта 1 Логин, поэтому залогиниться с двумя девайсами невозможно. Плюсы: в ванной новая плитка и сантехника, видимо, недавно был ремонт. Хороший разнообразный завтрак, но нет соков (сиропы с водой были) и кофе из машины 3 в 1. В номере есть холодильник и чайник, много розеток. В номерах хорошая звукоизоляция. В целом, в отеле на 2-3 ночи можно остановиться.

第一天晚上到，電梯出來右側房子中央空調的熱風足，我住左側房子不出熱風，且沒有熱水洗澡。這個問題在第二天早上就好了。 早餐不豐富，但是這個酒店價格很便宜，有早餐已經不錯了。沒有麪包 只有餅，餅還很硬很筋道，直接吃咬不動，最好吃的就是把伊朗早餐特色菜番茄炒雞蛋糊糊厚厚鋪在筋道的硬餅子上一層，餅子就變軟好咬了，也有滋有味了。

It's the 3rd time I have stayed in the Remis airport hotel. Last time my room was close to the elevators and very noisy but this time at the end of the corridor and was perfect. The room was cold but very soon it had gotten warm. Everything was so clean and I had a very good rest. Also my company had booked the hotel for a short time staying (up to 10 hours) which when I asked for 2 hours more the reception guy who was very helpful (mr.Haghighi) accepted and I'm very thankful. I have added breakfast to my room because the reservation of a short time staying is not including breakfast. Also the breakfast was so good to prepare yourself for a long and good day. The room is not including carpet and no minibar. You will have a good rest before/after your flight at this hotel.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. What was particularly interesting to me was the four-season heating and cooling system, which allowed me to set my own temperature from cool to warm. I have not seen this option even in five-star hotels in Tehran. This is a four-star hotel, but it has five-star standards. Additionally, the hotel has a signature scent that is noticeable throughout the premises.

It has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far, a clean hotel with good access in the center of Tehran and with polite and conscientious staff and with very good management and sensitive to cleanliness and satisfaction of passengers. Apart from this hotel, I have stayed in hotels of a higher grade, but in my opinion, none of them have the peace, cleanliness, and sense of satisfaction of this hotel, as well as the other branch of this hotel, the Eskan Hotel on Alvand Street, that's why this hotel is always my first choice. It has been an accommodation. I recommend it to other friends

We booked confrance saloon for our meeting and after used restaurant for our lunch time. Exactly whatever we set happened without any problem which means great team work for staff. They put beautiful flowers also which was very nice. And at restaurant although the menu was expensive taste of food compensated it. As I asked from my colleagues they were agree to me.

PPengguna Tetamuall of us could accept that defects are integral part of life even during traveling. therefore, we need to be patient and try to improvement. during my stay in this hotel, I've faced great humanistic experiences. for example, I saw that staffs help to adults, pay attention to children and respect to families. I stayed 2 nights for business purpose. I had a little problem before my business meeting. I was so worry and displayed my feeling to related staffs. just after 7 min, problem has been solved. when I was go to check out, staff said me we are so sorry for problem that you've faced and we will try to provide a great service in your next turns of visiting your hotel. this behavior was so valuable and I kept it in my mind. certainly, I will come back to this hotel because of it's friendly staffs and responsible management.

JJinuoIt was good until my last day. I actually paid for towels that was stained because of my died hair. The hotel worker were really nice and I just wanted to thank them .
The place is accessible to banks, buses metro stations and taxis everywhere. People on the street are kind and helpful. They were just happy to help. The weather is hot so bring water with you. The covering of the hair and the entire body except your face, hands and feet are ok. I also recommend that you can at least read or speak Persian if not, bring your phone with you and use it for translation or have someone with you who can speak and write Persian as not everyone can speak English.
