In September 2024, I had the pleasure of staying at the Phaselis Rose Hotel, which offers many positive aspects, but also a few minor downsides. Let’s start with the room: it was clean and had clearly been recently renovated, as indicated by things like protective film on the air conditioning controller, no limescale, and perfectly white silicone in the bathroom. The hotel has five bars that serve imported alcohols (such as Jack Daniel’s or Absolut), which is a nice touch. However, I definitely don’t recommend the wine. The ice in the drinks was made from mineral or well-filtered water, and throughout my stay, my stomach handled it well. Fridges with bottled water were placed in several spots around the hotel. In the restaurant, there were always enough seats, which was a huge plus, and cleanliness—both in the rooms and in public spaces—was at the highest level. Glasses and cutlery shone more than at home. The food was tasty, varied, and the theme nights—Italian and Mexican—added some interesting variety. There was naturally the chance to try various Turkish dishes and seafood. They served original Pepsi, which I found to be a nice addition. The free WiFi worked flawlessly, and there was a router in the room, ensuring a stable and fast connection. WiFi was available throughout the hotel area and on most of the beach. The beach is wide but unfortunately quite rocky, so it’s better to bring water shoes. The sea gets deep fairly quickly. Lifeguards were present at the beach and pools, but the deep water might be challenging for some. The water was super clear and clean, perfect for snorkeling, with no algae or trash on the beach. The sunbeds were decent—comfortable, in excellent condition, and without signs of wear, allowing for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of them, and I had no trouble finding a free spot. The beach is also open after dark—I recommend a romantic walk! The view from my room, unfortunately, wasn’t great. All I could see was the terrace and a few palm trees, and sometimes, when the window was open, you could catch some unpleasant kitchen smells from outside. The hotel and the surrounding area clearly catered to Russian clientele—there were Cyrillic signs everywhere. In the Tekirova/Kemer region, shopkeepers start their greetings with "здравствуйте". While ordering any drink or beer in Polish or English wasn’t a problem, you could forget about having more complex conversations with the waitstaff without Russian language. On the plus side, the animation program was also impressive. Evening shows included illusionists, dancers, Brazilian capoeira performers, and many others to entertain the guests. During the day, there were activities like aqua gym, archery, darts, volleyball, and Pilates. You definitely won’t get bored. I can’t personally assess the children's program, but I saw that the little ones had inflatable castles, cartoon sessions, and fun slides in the large aquapark. I came to this hotel for a vacation with husband and 2 little children. On the last day we stayed longer on the beach and went directly to dinner. After dinner we couldn't get into our room! At reception, they called chief of security to stand next to us like we are criminal and told us we "were lying that our younger daughter was 2, and she is 3". We couldn't beleive what we are hearing bcs we gave all the right information to our travel agency, including copy of her passport! We even showed the contract in the email on our cellphone with our agency where all the right information was included. Still, they were rude and trying to convince us we need to pay 565EUR additionally and then we can get into our room. This agony last from 9pm until almost midnight. We were dirty from the beach and kids tired and wanted to sleep. Reception guy was rude, trying all the time to get our money. He even lied to our face (in his attempt to get our money) that they were on the call that day with this turkish agency and they received informatiom from them that we were lying when providing information. We checked this later, it was not true! For the whole time I was asking them to call general manager, they didn't want to. They were fully focused to get our money. We called a representative of our travel agency, it was a mistake of a turkish travel agency acting as intermedier. At the end, with the help of our representative, turkish travel agency commited to pay this amount as it was their mistake. We had only 2 hours of sleep because we entered the room at almost midnight, we had to bath and pack our suitcases as we had to be in lobby at 5am because we were returning home. The rudennes and lack of professionalism of the employees in this hotel does not correspond to a 5* hotel and UAI arrangement we paid for! Additionally, for the whole stay, we complayed 5x that air condition was dripping on the floor a lot, they weren't able to fix it in 10 days. We heard that night from other guests in lobby they have the same problem with air condition. We do not recommend this hotel at all.

Fantastic hotel great facilities, amazing food and staff, rooms clean and tidy/ well kept. Highly reccomend, would definitely return here. Especially to the Spa where staff and treatments were the best ever! We all enjoyed our trip, no problems here at all, nice beach here too and great boat trips.

Утром вода была чистой, а вечером — очень грязной, в ней плавали прокладки и фекалии. Мне жаль детей, которые ныряли. Такого не видела ни в одном отеле. Не вернёмся! ... We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. The food was typical for a hotel of this kind—plentiful but nothing special. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. In the morning, the water was clean, but by the evening, it was very dirty, with sanitary pads and feces floating in it. I felt sorry for the kids who were diving in. I've never seen anything like this at any other hotel. We won't be coming back!

The food was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the kids and parents had fun. It was a true vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to enjoy its holiday. There are shops near the hotel to buy gifts but you can also easily go to Kemer centre by dolmush.

Good Hotel, very friendly staff, great food buffet style restaurant, lots of choice, ultra all inclusive. We went there in October 2024 met with lots and lots of Russians very friendly people, had a great time. Would love to go again, I fully recommend this hotel.

We stayed in October 4th for 1 week, the hotel is good for families and couples, the food is good, but if you have more than a week’s stay,could be boring. One criticism is the room cleaning service is poor and not consistent, one day maids come early, the next, it’s mid afternoon, even with a “please make up my room “ notice on the door, at 7am, if at all, not convenient if you’re planning a siesta , after lunch,

We enjoyed staying here in Sep 24. After 1 day moved from garden building to the main where rooms are renewed. Food is fine, beach is nice, pool is clean. Kids animation is perfect. A lot of activities in the kids club during the day and mini disco in the evening.

I generally had a pleasant experience at this resort. First of all, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the room and facilities were very well-maintained. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for all tastes. I greatly appreciated the peace and relaxation I experienced, the location being stunning with breathtaking landscapes. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. However, I encountered a few issues. One of the most annoying problems was related to the sunbeds, both at the pool and on the beach. Many tourists tend to "reserve" sunbeds by leaving towels on them, even if they don’t use them immediately, which makes it difficult to find free spots near the water. I also noticed that although English is listed among the spoken languages, very few staff members (around three people) could actually communicate in English, which made interactions challenging. Unfortunately, the entertainers avoided us when we tried to communicate in English, which was disappointing. During the shows, the jokes and interactions were only in Russian, which I found unfair, given the diversity of the tourists. The disco could use some updates, including music for other nationalities, such as Romanians, not just Russians. On the day of departure, no one was able to explain the details regarding our transfer to the airport due to language barriers. In the resort's mini-bazaar, negotiations are not allowed, which somewhat limits the shopping experience. Overall, I recommend this resort for its tranquility, scenery, and comfort, but a few aspects could be improved.
