The David Kempinski Tel Aviv

The best Hotel experience in the country! The staff and the service is extraordinary, rooms are spacious and super clean. Breakfast is the best in any hotel ! I keep regularly visiting the David Kempinski Hotel and every visit they make sure it’s a new and a better thrill.

I stayed here for several days for a work trip. The hotel is very modern and new, with a lovely lounge on the 22nd floor (unfortunately it reeks of tuna fish). The room was nice and comfortable. The windows open, which is a nice perk for a high rise hotel. My only complaint is the cheap, shoddy clothes iron provided, which was wholly out of line for such a luxury property.

We had a family occasion and stayed here for 3 days. We have visited 100’s of hotels worldwide and this is easily THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN! Exemplary attention to detail, atmosphere, customer service, delicious Israeli breakfast. PERFECTION!

Perfect hotel the food is amazing the service is highly recommended and the employees were so helpful and kind the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful we loved it so much and next time we gonna come again for sure the best hotel we’ve been ever !

Horrible Experience at Kempinski Tel Aviv I had the most horrendous experience at the Kempinski Tel Aviv, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. During my stay, an intruder was able to enter the hotel premises and physically attack several guests, including myself. The situation was terrifying and could have been much worse if not for the intervention of some brave guests. When we reported the incident to the hotel's security personnel, we were met with shocking indifference. The security guard not only refused to take our concerns seriously but also demeaned and disrespected us. His dismissive attitude was both infuriating and alarming, given the gravity of the situation. To add insult to injury, when we approached the hotel management expecting a swift and appropriate response, we were instead met with hostility. Rather than addressing the serious breach of security and ensuring our safety, the management chose to evict us from the hotel. This response was not only unprofessional but downright disgraceful. The lack of security, the appalling treatment by the security staff, and the hotel's decision to evict the victims rather than rectify the situation highlight a profound failure in their duty of care towards guests. I cannot stress enough how unsafe and unwelcome I felt during my stay at Kempinski Tel Aviv. If you value your safety, dignity, and expect even a basic level of customer service, avoid this hotel at all costs. This experience was a stark reminder that even the most prestigious names can hide serious flaws in their operations. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the hotel to reassess their security measures and staff training urgently.

I have travelled to the David Kempinski for business and it was the best experience. Everything was perfect: service, room, breakfast,… The reception’s team was amazing. They were very professional and always happy to help I strongly recommend it!!!

An excellent and luxurious hotel. The service was beyond expectation and everyone is nice. Delicious and high-quality breakfast. Pampering rooms, a comfortable bed and a pleasant shower! There are beautiful flowers everywhere and everything is very well maintained. It is highly recommended!!

Very nice modern hotel with nice friendly staff and excellent service. Great location and amazing view. Special thanks to the restaurant team for breakfast; it’s not so easy to come up with a varied menu for Passover, but it was successfully done. and, of course, the impressive swimming pool - a new angle of view on the center of Tel Aviv.

I had a great weekend there! every staff person I had interaction with or addressed request to was very helpful, attentive and friendly. room was clean and comfortable, bedding super soft and nice. breakfast is amazing - lots of different yammis to choose from beautifully presented. and the sea is in a minute walk. what else you need to have a great stay?
