Overall a very nice place to stay. The staff is awesome and helpful in every way. The restaurant was ok and the mocha was the best!

Overall, this is a very good place to stay. The young man that checked us in, was truly a godsend! The rest of the staff was OK. The room was also very clean and comfortable. 

Location is excellent, breakfast very delicious, service at the reception depends on the person, most of them were very friendly and helpful, 2 of them were a bit grumpy and it felt we disturbed them. 😉 then they have this funny Sparkling wine free-flow hours, we rented a car for our trip through Israel, Great enterprise car rental is next door. Would I recommend this hotel: definitely yes

What a waste of a facility with such potential! The location was great and Juan checked me in with a wonderful welcome. But that where the stay went downhill. First night woken by the emergency lighting in the ceiling starting to flash. No maintenance to help fix it. Next morning wanted to use the sun deck, opens at midday(???). What about the business lounge that I had access to? Also opens at midday . Hot water at night? No chance. Telephone from the room to reception? Didn’t seem to work. Shame really, could have been great. Back to MAXIM next time where it all works perfectly

Great hotel, even though we had only one night! Excellent location! Many amenities in the room for your comfort. The hotel is close to the promenade and to lovely beaches. There are restaurants and coffee places just nearby. I think overall is an excellent choice.

The staff are rude ignorant and would much rather play on their phone when asked for coffee in reception where there is a nespresso machine the answer was I don’t care the hotel is not finished the tv sometimes works there is no bar no restaurant I would not recommend

This hotel charged the bill twice on my visa card. Back home I tried to reach the hotel and explained the situation but never received an answer. I tried, with the proof of confirmation and bank statements, to retrieve the money by the bank card company. But they contest it. It is the first time a hotel claimed 2 times the total amount of my stay on my visa card.

My wife and I reserved a room at the Brown Brut a month in advance for a family wedding. We were given a key to a room that was already taken, and we opened the door to our “room” to find another couple comfortably laying on the bed. The management was unresponsive in finding a solution and kept trying to avoid taking any responsibility for this obvious screw up. The Manager himself was AWOL and has refused to respond to my messages complaining abo if the abysmal experience we received. What should of been a nice weekend celebrating with family at a comfy hotel was a ruined and miserable experience, with the worst of Israeli “customer service” on display. There are many other hotels in Tel Aviv where you’ll get good service and a memorable stay, but Brown Brut is definitely not one of them.

We were wake up by an alarm at 0800 and again at 1800. Nobody was answering at the reception so we had to go to the reception to realize that it was afalse alarm. Really disappointed. We were trying to take a quiet wek end, you can inagine how we felt gearing the alarms in these days ..

Our room was so small that we had to squeeze past each other. The hotel ignored my request for seperate beds and we had to wait an extra 45 minutes after checking in for them to sort it out.
