Eventhough times our rough, the peace thought is there. Yves and his team from the business lounge go the extra mile to make our stay excellent and successful. The flexibility he brought up to make us and our customers feel well is worthwhile mentioning. He makes the difference and knows what customers satisfaction and excellence is.

I arrived at this hotel after my taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong Crowne Plaza in Tel Aviv. Since I had been flying most of the day, I decided to stay here for a night and then relocate to my original hotel. Upon entering the lobby, Shahd, a member of the front desk staff could see that I was frazzled and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and gave me something cold to drink. I cannot overstate her graciousness. She expedited my check-in and five minutes later I was in my room overlooking the harbor. Does it get any better than that-I don’t think so. I was treated so wonderfully that I decided to cancel my other hotel reservation and remain at this hotel for the next five days. I normally stay at Marriotts, but when I return to Tel Aviv in the future, this will be my home base. It is all due to Shahd’s kindness and professionalism. Customer service can make or break a hotel. This place is a winner. Thank you again. I have attached a photo from my room.

I highly recommend this hotel! This is a nice small hotel with 24 rooms, well located on a main road, HaYarkon Street. It is about an 8-10 minute walk to the busy ‘Old Tel Aviv Port’ which has been converted to shops and restaurants. The old port is located North and West of the Hotel, about 3-4 blocks away. The rooms are not huge but very comfortable and adequate. The hotel lobby and guest rooms are very clean. There is an elevator, so you don’t need to drag luggage up and down the stairs. They do not offer any food service, other than coffee / tea / cold drinks and small biscuits in the lobby. The staff is very friendly and speaks English very well. The prices are very reasonable and, in most cases, will charge your credit card in US dollars. At the old port there is an ‘Aroma’ coffee shop that sells a wide range of beverages and well as a nice selection of sandwiches, salads, hot breakfast items etc. You place your order on the electronic screen (yes, there is an English option) and pay by credit card. Aroma has very large indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is no tipping at Aroma! There are several other full-service restaurants in the old port area. In addition, North and East of the hotel, there are full-service restaurants on Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff Streets. Directly West of the hotel, exit the hotel, cross HaYarkon Street and walk 2 blocks down Nakhshon Street to the beach. There is a lovely sit-down restaurant right on the beach that serves 3 meals a day. It’s a white building, but I can’t figure out the name of this place. It is very good and is fairly priced. Very clean and friendly services! Happy hour and free drinks were great. The hotel is located in a very posh neighbourhood close to many foodie scenes around the area.

When we´ve planned our trip to Tel Aviv we were searching for a hotel near Dizengoff Street and the beach - and we found it! The Jacob Samuel Hotel is a brandnew hotel at the nothern edge of the enlivend street of Dizengoff with ist cafés, restaurants and bars. The hotel has its own restaurant in the basic floor with great and modern food. Here you´ll finds special Israelina vines. :-) The rooms are classical and modern at the same time. The normal room category is not very big but has also enough space and is very comfortable as well as the bathroom. The rooms has their own balconies and a climate which is important at night. Tel Aviv is a living city around the clock and the area is quit noisy - which is okay because the windows are holding away most of it. Walking to the beach takes you a 15-minutes-walk. Just around the corner you´ll finds nightlife and some supermarkets. A bus station is nearby. The breakfast concept is a different way you might expect. At the reception you can ask for vouchers - they are valid for a breakfast in an American Style Diner or a French Bistro. We loved both of them and the portions were enough. If you want to have additions you have to pay the difference. The Staff in the Hotel is nice and helpful. The coffee machine is filled up every day as well as the bath stuff. We will return for our next stay.

Hotel was ok, with a good location near the beach and after a day in the office it is nice to unwind and walk along the beach. However my rating is because they took my dirty laundry bag (not the hotel one) which was hanging in the bathroom without any prompting from me and then when I complained they said that it was not removed by them. Implying that I was at fault. It has disappeared and I got a lame apology from the reception after insisting several times that they search for it. When repacking my suitcase also found out it had been searched (only had a cardigan and 2 t-shirts inside). Definitely not returning there. Since this is the hotel used by my company, I will be sharing my experience
