Hotel dengan WiFi di Tel Aviv

Je suis actuellement dans cet hôtel et quelle déception! Hier première nuit, je n’ai pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d’un bruit de moteur lié au fait que cette chambre se situe juste à côté de la piscine! Étant allée me plaindre dès le lendemain matin car réveillée avec ce même bruit de moteur tel celui d’un avion, on me propose de changer de chambre mais je dois quitter ma chambre actuelle a 10h!!!! Pour avoir la nouvelle chambre à 15h! Dédommagement de 15% sur la première nuit certainement pas à la hauteur du désagrément subi, surtout pour avoir payé une nuit a 480 euros! Je suis actuellement dans la nouvelle chambre et je peux constater la différence de literie, mon mari aussi! On a l’impression de dormir sur une planche en bois! Un lit deux places qui n en est pas un: deux jumeaux collés côte à côte et Même pas de surmatelas! Et la propreté de cette chambre laisse Clairement a désister! Bref une honte!

I arrived at this hotel after my taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong Crowne Plaza in Tel Aviv. Since I had been flying most of the day, I decided to stay here for a night and then relocate to my original hotel. Upon entering the lobby, Shahd, a member of the front desk staff could see that I was frazzled and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and gave me something cold to drink. I cannot overstate her graciousness. She expedited my check-in and five minutes later I was in my room overlooking the harbor. Does it get any better than that-I don’t think so. I was treated so wonderfully that I decided to cancel my other hotel reservation and remain at this hotel for the next five days. I normally stay at Marriotts, but when I return to Tel Aviv in the future, this will be my home base. It is all due to Shahd’s kindness and professionalism. Customer service can make or break a hotel. This place is a winner. Thank you again. I have attached a photo from my room.

The pillows, blanket and linens are clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. 65 is located at what seems to be one of trendiest spot along Rothschild Boulevard as it was crowded with locals having breakfast when we arrived at a Sabbath morning. Had to wait for requested early check-in, as the place seemed fully booked.

The location is excellent. It is located in what seems to be the heartbeat of Tel Aviv. Turn left and walk 4 or 5 blocks to the Mediterranean Sea. Or turn right and walk through endless restaurants and people outdoors having a wonderful time. The hotel really is perfectly located. But even more impressive was the amazing staff. My plane arrived at 4 am and I got to the hotel at 5 am. The staff graciously went ahead and gave me a room. The room was clean and comfortable. The manager and staff leaned forward to help with restaurant recommendations, a nearby fitness center, and with laundry service. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. When I return to Tel Aviv, I will not even consider another hotel. I will definitely stay again at the Jacob Samuel on Dizengoff Street!

What this place fails to mention, is that some of the rooms are located in the rear of a restaurant which you have to walk through to get to the rooms. They also seemed to forget to mention that the restaurant is loud. Extremely loud. I mean...VERY loud, with extremely loud music playing until 0100 in the morning. Mixed reaction from the staff when I talked to them about how difficult it is to sleep with a loud restaurant right outside my door. One young lady was very apologetic and tried to find me a different room, but there weren't any. Another young lady was quite rude, informing me that the description on Expedia indicated it was a ”restaurant” room. Actually, Expedia does indicate that certain rooms are ”restaurant” rooms, but there is no description as to what this actually means. There is nothing to indicate that the rooms are 10 feet away from one of the loudest restaurants in Tel Aviv, and play music into the wee hours of the morning. How is a traveler who is unfamiliar with the property supposed to know what ”restaurant room” means? Additionally, many of the restaurant staff consistently left their scooters in the hallway and in the shared restroom of the hotel area. One of the hotel staff told me that ”they're not supposed to do that”, nevertheless every day I had to climb over a scooter to leave the room and to use the bathroom.

Our stay at Metropolitan was wonderful. the amenities are great, the location is fantastic, but most of all the staff is very courteous and helpful. Ronit helped us organize a tour at the last minute and she was super helpful. Our stay in Israel was beautiful, welcoming, and interesting. We are so grateful we were able to visit.
