Brown BoBo, a Member of Brown Hotels

Level of service in this hotel is very poor. We received room with window that is not possible to close properly, so we heard everything from street and wind blowing through it (14th floor). I reported this several times, through different channels (whastpp, review request sent by hotel, reception, phone at reception, email) and as you can imagine nothing happened. On the second day evening after several reports, they sent handy man who told is that window is closed, nothing else is possible. They put paper tape on window, which of course didn't help a bit. Considering we paid around 200 Eur per night, this is extremely disappointing. I understand that hotel was fully booked out, but if they had a bit higher level of service they would propose some complimentary stuff. So only what left me, is to send all negative reviews through all platforms, because this hotel doesn't deserve customer's money.

We had a great time here but there are some things you should know before deciding if it's for you. It's in a converted office building, with a pretty grubby entrance on a fairly grubby little road off Rothschild Boulevard. The reception and restaurant have no natural daylight and if you're on floor L4 check if there is a party that night in the conference room because the rooms all run around the outside of that space. You should also know that the aesthetic is bohemian meets industrial. Yes, beautiful decor in the rooms but exposed (and very clean) 1980s concrete rafters. If you're OK with that, this is a great hotel. The rooms are beautiful if small and very comfortable. Great beds, toiletries, Nespresso machines etc. Even by Israeli standards, breakfast is huge and delicious and staff are very helpful. The rooftop pool is small but cool and the vibe is great. It became a club at night. Generally, like all Brown hotels, the staff are fantastic and the attention to detail is world-class. We had a great time but be prepared before you decide to stay here. There are less-edgy hotels by the same chain! Ps. Free parking in the basement was a massive help.

we stayed for two nights in the hotel. The hotel is well decorated. pool on the the top 14 floor.Not big But good foor cooling in the hot summer of August.Very good breakfast. free parking in the middle of Tel Avive !!! The staff were very nice and helpet us with everything. Rooms at the high floor has nice view . 4 lifts but not fasts ones .In the nigt the pool area is changed to a dance bar not bellong to the hotel. you have to invite place in advance. Also A chef restaurant on the 14 floor also recomended. The hotel is in the heart of Tel avive close to everything. I would defintly will come again. Limor and Igal Aviram

I had a group of business staying there , who complained about the service and the building which feels like a back entrance . Too crowded Communication with reservation was terrible, too many agents not taking responsibility. Not recommended

I’ve got mixed feelings about this place but not sure exactly why. Value for money? So: We had interconnecting rooms which worked well for our 2+2 family. They were smaller than we’d expected with even smaller bathrooms but nonetheless tastefully furnished and good storage space. Coffee machine and welcoming bottle of wine from Golan Heights. We swapped our strawberry popcorn for the girls’ wine😉 Oh, and the beds were huge and super comfy. Essential air con. Our view was over Benedict’s towards the sea. (We ignored the apar**ent block opposite!) Fabulous. Great location for town centre but a fair way to the beach. Lots of restaurants, takeaways and patisseries around (we had breakfast from Benedict’s - beware the long queues) - and pizza from Etna. However beware the pool on top floor and be ready with your towels… By 10.01am, it was almost impossible to find a seat or bed round the “Place To Be Seen” pool. The pool was also chaotic with the young women wanting to be the latest instagram influencers, posing all day. (They were also the ones who’d saved thc e tables and seats 🙄 ) It is a small pool, so no proper swimming amongst the throngs and, although children are allowed in the pool, the posers did not welcome the splashing! Gym was small, comprising two running machines and two other machines that weren’t working. One push up bench with lots of weights. Didn’t use spa trea**ents. Optional breakfast was expensive but you can overload your plate time and again with all types of food. Choose carefully and you won’t want to eat again until supper. 😋The staff serving hot drinks were delightful and helpful.

Pros: Lovely cleaning lady (stars awarded for this alone) Trendy decor Snazzy rooms Molton brown products Rooftop pool is fun, we made friends Lovely breakfast Good location Nice welcome drink Clean Cons: -Rude staff front of house (not all I’m sure) and by the pool, yikes (Ayanna?). I made a complaint about her and heard nothing afterwards. Since, I’ve read she has upset a few other customers, bit of embarrassment really. Entitled and gave us all a giggle. -Small pool/bath gets very busy and raucous, no control. -Pool opened two hours late on last day, no apology. -Pool closes early at 1800 everyday -Lift; every night they stop the main lift going up to the rooms, so you have to go via the lobby and use a different lift. HOWEVER, they don’t think to tell customers this, so you experience being ‘stuck’ in the main lift, nice. -No room service whatsoever -Veryyyy expensive drinks Food & drinks: Super expensive with very low level of service. Noteworthy details: Staff etiquette is off - a bit like with a dodgy hostel.

Fine room, very friendly staff. Yet, rowdy crowd therefore the a**osphere was rather unpleasant

We’ve been in many hotels in Tel Aviv, this one takes them all. The service is just wonderful! The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is just great. Located 1 minute walk from Rotchild blv, very central. We had a small issue with the room, it was been handled without any problem. I would totally recommend this hotel, good vibe!!

Went for a weekend with my wife, 21-22.7.2023 Had a great experience. great location withh everything in reach , amazing breackfast, great service, beautiful hotel and rooms. the pool is small bu fun. great Yoga :)
