We stayed at the Carlton Tel Aviv for three nights, starting straight after our wedding night in Netanya. Having told them it was our wedding when we originally booked, we turned up at 3am in our wedding outfits at the end of the night to check in, and found out we had been given an excellent room on the Royal floor (12th floor) with an incredible view of the Tel Aviv beachfront and Jaffa in the background. The hotel had even prepared, by our bedside, a bottle of fine champagne in an ice bucket with two glasses, along with a platter of freshly cut fruit for us to enjoy. Everything else about our stay was amazing - the rooftop pool and hot tub, the incredible breakfast - but what made us want to write this review was the small touches the hotel put in to make us feel special, be it the above or the multiple room cleans offered to us each day, the random knock at the door one afternoon with two small bottles of sun lotion with an “enjoy the sun, stay safe!” card, and the amazing smiles on waiters and waitresses’ faces at breakfast every day. One drawback - make sure the barmen downstairs are absolutely clear on what you ordered. We ordered two small beers and when they served us what later turned out to be the large beers, they only apologised but still charged us the same amount of money and expected us to tip them nonetheless. We were not refunded. That notwithstanding, we will definitely be coming here again.

I have recently had 2 short stays at both the Dan Tel Aviv and Dan Eilat hotels. These are both top of the range prestige hotels of the Dan group. I was amazed to find such a difference between these two supposedly 5 star hotels. Firstly I should point out that the cost of one night in the Dan Tel Aviv for bed and breakfast is only slightly less than 2 nights bed and breakfast plus buffet dinner and return flights by Arkia at the Dan Eilat. I think this confirms what many previous reviewers have suggested that the Dan Tel Aviv is priced too high. While on the subject of cost, it might be worthwhile noting that in the Dan Tel Aviv if you by mistake use a plastic bottle of water they charge an exorbitant price whereas the glass bottles of water are free; at the Dan Eilat the plastic bottles are free. The Dan Tel Aviv no longer provides free newspapers; the Dan Eilat does. I was very surprised that the Dan Tel Aviv has no blankets or duvets in the room. We had to request two; they only delivered one and we had to request a second one. Quality five star hotels normally have something in the rooms during the cold weather. The Dan Eilat is very well staffed compared to the Dan Tel Aviv. For instance, there were 4-5 clerks at reception at the Dan Eilat but only one at Dan Tel Aviv. Some would say that comparisons are odious but I would suggest that the comparisons I have outlined of these 2 suposedly first class hotels, the Dan Eilat is far superior to the Dan Tel Aviv.Maybe the manager of the Dan Tel Aviv should visit the Dan Eilat to see how to manage a prestige hotel efficiently.The ''Best of the best” rating for the Dan Eilat is fully warranted whereas the Dan Tel Aviv is a long way off achieving this honoured status. Years ago the Dan Tel Aviv used to offer a daily first class business lunch. They stopped offering this after a 50% increase in price killed the demand. They also used to offer a splendid Saturday lunch which they have also stopped. I sincerely hope that my review may encourage the management to follow the example of their sister hotel and improve the service and value that they offer their customers.

Magari esternamente non si presenta molto bene. Una volta entrati però si rimane piacevolmente colpiti dall'arredamento pop e inusuale. La camera era molto ampia e aveva un bagno splendido e molto funzionale. La vicinanza al lungomare è decisamente un punto a favore, così come i teli da mare e gli ombrelli a disposizione gratuitamente. C'è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. L'hotel non offre una colazione completa ma, al mattino, mette a disposizione dolci, biscotti, frutta e macchinetta per il caffè, sufficienti per una colazione continentale.

The pillows, blanket and linens are clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. 65 is located at what seems to be one of trendiest spot along Rothschild Boulevard as it was crowded with locals having breakfast when we arrived at a Sabbath morning. Had to wait for requested early check-in, as the place seemed fully booked.

Check in was trouble free, you do need to make sure you have your blue ticket with your passport, which you get when you enter the country when you check-in but the staff are very good (well during the day anyway) First impressions was being greeted by a full on cake, drinks and food display which I was instructed to try (thinking it was for a conference) and it tasted good, you'll also find a barbers on the reception floor and constant security which is a nice touch. The room is long and thin and air conditioning was very good and you need it in a country like this, I even had to turn the room number up as it can get very chilly, TV was great with all the latest apps built in like Netflix and YouTube and you have a coffee machine ready to go, bathroom was full of toiletries but the shower liked to leave a lot of it's water outside of the shower, so watch out for that as the door seals are a bit old. WiFi is great and all times and you're get awesome mobile signal if you need to keep in touch. Breakfast was a real option fest, from local dishes to absolutely mind-blowing coffee made fresh on a per cup basis. This is backed up by the service but the night team can let it down, I found the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa one night and kept going back when I was talking to a friend in reception. This was a minor point, it's a very ”showbiz” type hotel and they've held parties on the roof and the biggest and best of Israel have been here. A good place to stay, the area around it seemed a bit rough and ready and I was approached by beggars three or four times near the hotel but never felt unsafe.

This place is an oasis itself. TRULY WONDERFUL STAFF. Helpful on every corner. So welcoming, so friendly. They made us feel at home and super welcomed. Attentive, funky, received special attention + free programs via the hotel were super fun. There also are a lot of snacks and drinks to consume for guests for free. Upon checking in at 3pm, my travel companion and I specifically requested twin beds. It is with great dismay that I recount the series of incidents that followed, demonstrating a complete lack of care and attention to detail by your staff members. Firstly, we were given no assistance whatsoever with our luggage, leaving me no choice but to personally transport the hotel luggage trolley to my room. To our astonishment, we discovered that the assigned room was not a twin room as requested. We immediately informed the reception and were promised that our room would be changed promptly. However, we were left waiting for an exasperating 35 minutes before any action was taken. This delay in addressing the issue disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary inconvenience as we were late for a wedding. Eventually, we were relocated to a different room. Regrettably, we encountered the same issue—the room provided was yet again a double room, not a twin room. This unacceptable oversight reflects a severe lack of attention to our initial request. Furthermore, the behavior of the reception staff when we reported the issue at 4pm was absolutely shocking. Instead of offering a swift resolution, they had the audacity to question our intentions and reasons for requesting twin beds. Returning to the hotel at 12am after a tiring day, we were dismayed to find that the bed situation had not been rectified. Upon contacting the reception, we were informed that there were no staff available to assist us and that we would have to wait until the morning. This lack of urgency and professionalism is highly unacceptable, as we were left with no choice but to address the issue ourselves. Considering the circumstances, we requested fresh linen to change the beds to twin beds. It is astounding that, even in such a situation, we were not provided any assistance with this task. We were left to tackle the task independently, despite the fact that it should have been the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the room was prepared according to our initial request. Having returned to our room at 11.50pm the next night, the beds have still not been split as requested on check in, and again last night. I have sent multiple emails to the hotel manager, Shirli, who has just chosen to ignore my emails.

I arrived at this hotel after my taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong Crowne Plaza in Tel Aviv. Since I had been flying most of the day, I decided to stay here for a night and then relocate to my original hotel. Upon entering the lobby, Shahd, a member of the front desk staff could see that I was frazzled and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and gave me something cold to drink. I cannot overstate her graciousness. She expedited my check-in and five minutes later I was in my room overlooking the harbor. Does it get any better than that-I don’t think so. I was treated so wonderfully that I decided to cancel my other hotel reservation and remain at this hotel for the next five days. I normally stay at Marriotts, but when I return to Tel Aviv in the future, this will be my home base. It is all due to Shahd’s kindness and professionalism. Customer service can make or break a hotel. This place is a winner. Thank you again. I have attached a photo from my room.

estuvimos 2 semanas alojados muy buena opción en tel aviv, excelente ubicación a 200 mts de la playa 5 6 cuadras del centro cerca de muchos lineas de colectivo ,las habitaciones equipadas con heladera, microondas ,pava eléctrica café,Tv AA baño con ducha excelente secador de pelo en la recepcion cafe te y agua gratis con galletitas nueces o frutas (muy buen gesto) y en el primer piso sala de estar con inclusive tabla de planchar(tuvimos una fiesta y pudimos planchar las camisas y vestidos arrugados en la valija jaja)En la recepcion la 3 personas que estaban eran muy amables y serviciales y nos ayudaron con las inquietudes que teníamos A lo mejor faltarían en la habitación platos y mas cubiertos ya que a veces compramos comida en el super y era difícil para comer precio razonable para Tel Aviv lo recomendaría sin dudar

These apar**ents are a feast for the eyes, with old gramophones and tape recorders mounted on the walls. The paint schemes are striking but the ambiance is amazing. Located a stone's throw from Disengoff Street, you couldn't pick a better location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions for good local restaurants etc. We will definitely be back.

Have to write in sheer excitement about my current stay @the Herrods TLV, Came to TLV to enjoy the DocAviv Film Festival, and resplendent summer. How was it? Remarkable and extraordinary in every way, right from the outset. I was stoked! Friday the Hotel was packed full, so when I arrived on Saturday, was delighted to realize I received an upgrade. Well the view on the eighteenth floor is sensational, and the warm sea-breeze welcoming and soft. The room was pristine and brimming with new energy, if not a bit too minimal for its uninterrupted white expanses. Have to address compliments to all members of staff, for excellent service and personal attention. How wonderful a relief for solo travelers! Special thanks go to the entire, wonderful Front Office team, to the Front Desk Manager Adi, and especially to Daniel Manager of Guest Relations, for following up on my stay, and whether I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Also, special thanks go to the F&B MAnagement, and Breakfast Hall team, for preparing and setting up an excellent, holesome, and varied breakfast, in a great ambience. Thank you also to Miri, at the bar, for your appreciated attention, presence, and caring attitude. In short - of-course would love to come back to more such calming and sensational experiences. Congrats and many thanks for a much valued and needed stay!
