As soon as we walked through the door we felt relaxed. Staff were extremely courteous. It was our 20th Wedding Anniversary. A card, chocolate and bath bubbles were left in our room and staff at check in congratulated us. The room was spacious. The decor was beautiful and the large bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The spa facilities are good and you had that holiday feeling. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the menu had plenty of choice. Again our anniversary was noted by staff. The Rabbit feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of life. We would definitely go back.

The Botanical Bath was a joke. A barrel filled with water and some bath salts thrown in. Maybe they need to learn what this is supposed to be. Very disappointed. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Food was amazing. The rooms are quirky but I loved it Overpriced for what it is.

Booked onto the autumn retreat deal. Great value for money imo, it included 3 course dinner, use of facilities/over night stay and breakfast. This did also include a 60 minute botanical bath experience which I would find pretty underwhelming if I had paid for this separately. The room was nice, bed was comfy and the staff very friendly. Dinner was “average” if this wasn’t included within the deal I’d of been pretty disappointed but again the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Overall the stay was good but I would say the spa could do with a few upgrades to give it a more ‘luxurious’ feel such as the steam room and sauna, hot beds and outdoor heaters all needing to be warmer.

My experience of the hotel was a little disappointing considering how expensive our stay here was. At the spa it was £7.50 for a can of west coast cooler! And £8.50 for a Becker of corona! The food was lovely in the restaurant and the staff were friendly which was a bonus. Room was not as clean as would be expected and the coffee machine in the room was not working and this was reported to staff. I would not recommend to my family and friends and feel the galgorm would have been a better option considering we have had great visits to galgorm previously . Definitely overrated and overpriced.

Spa is chaotic with people drinking do not go for a relaxing break. We were not advised upon check-in where the spa reception was or changing area. It was extremely busy and bar was still busy with people for day package who should have left by 4pm. I think a juice bar would be better. The treatments itself were amazing and therapists fantastic. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Rooms nice and comfy. Spa needs more management involvement and communication, no water to drink in relaxation area after treatment and no pillows on water beds so not that comfortable. Spa needs a dedicated person as reception staff could be on the phone when you go there to get assistance. Overall not a spa destination for those who wish to relax.

We had the most and relaxing time at the spa, it’s exciting and so much fun. Drinks at the spa are lovely it’s easy to get served. We later had a tasty meal in the hotel restaurant. The staff are lovely as well, especially Catherine. Thanks for a great time!

We normally love heading to the bar at the weekend for a drink and dinner- it has that vibe that the Galgorm usually do so well: welcoming, comfortable, relaxed, quality. For some reason, this evening, they decided to have the volume turned up for the rugby and it just changed the whole atmosphere. Match commentary dominated. My husband is a rugby fan and even he thought it was too much. They normally play sports on the numerous tv screens but keep the sound off so sports fans can follow whatever is on while everybody else enjoys the music and chat. I asked if the sound was going to be up for the whole match and they said yes, offered to move us to the restaurant, but our food was already served so we opted to stay put and just eat in and leave. OK if you are looking for a sports bar vibe around the fire.

We had a fabulous stay at The Rabbit Hotel. Nice friendly welcome. Spa facilities are great. Great breakfast options including oat milk and vegan breakfast. Room was lovely also. My only points to raise are hot tubs are hard to get into during busy periods and could be useful to limit people to a maximum time limit to allow others to enjoy also (we waited over an hour before we could get into one). Room check in is at 3.00 and we found the changing facilities a bit inadequate before our room was ready but luckily our room was ready shortly after we arrived. Overall we had a fabulous stay and will be back. Your staff were all lovely and attentive.

I recently attended this hotel for a wedding as part of the bridal party. All I can say is WOW. I am really fussy about things but I actually cannot fault anything. I was able to see the bridal suite and other rooms guests were staying in and they were perfect, spacious and had everything you could need. The venue for a wedding was just perfect, romantic just exceptional. The food was out of this world, good portion size, different options and beautiful. Customer service again was perfect any staff member I encountered were super helpful, friendly and no request was too much hassle. I never got to try the spa but it looked amazing so I will be planning a trip in the near future to enjoy this aspect of the hotel. Much thanks to G and Claire who helped with the wedding on the day both super stars.
