I had a very satisfying stay. The location is quite high up, offering great views. You do need to climb some stairs to get out, which might be inconvenient for those with mobility issues, but other than that, everything was excellent. You can enjoy the hot springs daily and relax on the terrace with fantastic scenery. The service was also very good.

The hotel owner offered to pick us up and drop us off at the scenic area entrance, and even helped with our luggage. Our room had a private hot spring, which was super convenient as we could enjoy a soak right there. Just be mindful of the soaking time – don't stay in too long. Also, drain the water quickly after you're done to prevent the room from getting too humid. The owner provided a map of the ancient town and recommended some great routes for food and sightseeing. When we left, they even helped arrange a shared ride to Mangshi. Oh, and as a parting gift, the owner gave us some ancient tree black tea. It was a very satisfying trip!

The room was great, a bit small, but definitely good value for the price. The hotel boasts an amazing view, and the hot springs were super relaxing. The service was excellent too. Getting around the ancient town can be tricky, but the hotel offered direct shuttle service to the lobby. Best of all, it's right next door to the popular internet-famous cafe, Chunye Coffee! So lucky! Highly recommended.

The B&B has a truly stunning view! It's located at the highest point of the ancient town, overlooking the entire scenery. The owner was super nice; they contacted us in advance, picked us up when we arrived, and even helped with our luggage. We also enjoyed the hot spring in the evening, which was so relaxing. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. I'd definitely stay here again next time!

This was a great stay! The room ambiance, decor, and amenities were all fantastic, and the views overlooking the ancient town were beautiful. However, if you plan on visiting the ancient town frequently, the commute back and forth might be a bit tiring. It's a trade-off between the scenic views and convenience. My suggestion is to stay in the ancient town if you're primarily there for sightseeing, and then dedicate a day or two to stay here to simply relax and enjoy the private hot spring in your room (available daily from 4 PM to 10 PM). Just sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea is incredibly relaxing, you don't even need to leave! Next time I visit the ancient town, I'll definitely set aside time to come back here and unwind.

Located halfway up the ancient town, the hotel offers expansive views, and I really loved its design. Although there's a bit of walking up and down, the staff handles all your luggage, so you don't have to worry about a thing. They pick you up at the entrance of the ancient town and offer complimentary drop-off at the train station or airport upon departure. You can also opt for airport/station pick-up. Plus, they offer complimentary souvenirs. I was particularly pleased with the hot springs provided by the hotel; I really enjoyed the design of the bathing area.

This guesthouse is genuinely great! It's located at the highest point of the ancient town, offering fantastic views. A special shout-out to the owner, who was incredibly helpful, providing us with detailed information for our sightseeing and car rental needs. We initially planned to charter a car directly from Tengchong to Mangshi after exploring Tengchong. Many drivers quoted us absurd prices like 600 or 800 yuan once they heard it was an inter-city trip. The guesthouse owner, however, shared a crucial piece of information: there's a shared car service in Tengchong for only 100 yuan per person! We also really appreciate the guide and driver, a lively and sincere young woman, arranged by the owner. She took us to see some incredible natural wonders in Tengchong that aren't typical tourist spots.

Staying here in the off-season was a pleasant surprise! The owner kindly upgraded our room for free. Our room had a private hot spring, offering excellent privacy – soaking in it was incredibly relaxing. The mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The inn boasts a superb view, with picturesque scenery right outside the window. The owner is very welcoming; they arranged complimentary pick-up and drop-off, making our travels stress-free. They also patiently helped us plan our itinerary and recommended great attractions. When we checked out, they even gave us some local tea as a gift. The entire experience was fantastic – highly recommend!

The inn is very new, and the facilities are excellent. The view from the room window is beautiful, and being able to soak in the hot spring every night in the room was incredibly relaxing. The owner was also very kind and even drove us quite a distance, which was really great.

Tengchong Boyun Inn was an absolute delight! Our experience was top-notch. We stayed in a rooftop room which offered incredible views and came with its own outdoor private hot spring – so relaxing to soak in at night. From the terrace, you could overlook the entire Heshun ancient town; the scenery was expansive and truly healing. At night, with all the town lights twinkling, the atmosphere was just magical. The front desk staff and the owner were wonderful, very gentle, polite, and welcoming. They patiently explained local attractions, historical anecdotes, and recommended great places to eat and must-see spots. The shuttle driver helped with our luggage the whole way and provided thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service – truly attentive and heartwarming. The room was clean and comfortable, the environment peaceful and relaxing. We had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I highly recommend this inn when visiting Heshun Ancient Town!

The hotel service is excellent. They offer free itinerary planning for guests and even provide car charter services. The front desk attendant is very responsible and responsive. Had a wonderful vacation at Tengchong Boyun Hot Spring Inn, definitely a huge thumbs up! ❤️ First off, the service was incredibly thoughtful! The front desk lady proactively upgraded our room for free, which was a delightful surprise. After checking in, we were amazed by the room's view – a breathtaking expanse of greenery outside the window, truly refreshing. The private hot spring in the room deserves a special shout-out! The hot spring water is brought in specifically by the owner from Gaoligong Mountain. Soaking in it melted away a whole day's fatigue. It's very private, allowing you to relax while enjoying the scenery – so therapeutic. Moreover, the owner is super nice, providing free airport shuttle service. No need to worry about transportation between the inn and the airport at all, which was a huge convenience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in Tengchong. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The luckiest thing about my trip to Tengchong was choosing Poyun. First off, hats off to the owner. They personally picked me up and dropped me off, and we had a great chat on the way. They recommended local eats and a touring route for the ancient town, showing such warmth and thoughtfulness. The guesthouse's location is absolutely fantastic: as soon as you walk in, the scenic platform instantly sweeps away any travel fatigue. The entire Heshun Ancient Town unfolds before your eyes, with layers of rooftops and distant green mountains, like an open scroll painting. Sitting there watching the sunset in the evening, with not a care in the world, just made the whole trip feel incredibly worthwhile. I booked a room with a private hot spring balcony, and the hot spring water was specially transported in an insulated container. Soaking in the warm spring under the starry sky at night was incredibly relaxing; no matter how much walking I did during the day, I didn't feel tired. And I have to mention their breakfast! It's a buffet with traditional dishes like Ersi, rice noodles, and Xidoufen! It filled me up, saving me the time of going to the morning market. If I ever come back to Tengchong, this place will definitely be my top choice.
