Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Termal

05.02.2022 tarihinde eşim ve 2 çocuklu başka bir aile 1 gece konaklamak için gittik. İstanbuldan uzaklaşıp kafa dinlemek için Cumartesi akşam gidip pazar akşama kadar zaman geçirdik, pazar günü güzel bir kahvaltı sonrasında thermal havuz ve sonrasında kese köpük masaj yani bizim için güzel bir gün geçti... Fiyata gelince ekonomik durumumuzdan dolayı bizim bütçemizi aşmadığı için pahalı yada uygun diyemiyecem şahsi fikrim ortalamanın biraz üstünde fiyatları. Tek tavsiyem eğer rezervasyon yaptıracaksanız kesinlikle 3. Yani en üst kat odalardan istemediğinizi belirtin çünkü çatı katı tavan yarıdan kesik,basık ve çok küçük balkon vs hiç birşey yok 1. Ve 2. Kat odalarda en azından balkon vardı biz son dakika plansız gittiğimiz için odalar doluydu değişim yapamadık 1 gece olduğu içinde problem yapmadık. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Otel güzel bir doğanın içinde insan huzur buluyor istanbulda yaşayanlar için bir alternatif olabilir...

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However,some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was”Fack” probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone,key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything,due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score.But my feedback is definitely not positive.

Sıcak ve samimi bir ortam sağlanmış. Söylemeden geçemeyeceğim tüm koltuk ve sandalyeler çok rahat. Yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetli. Sadece Şef Kaan beyin yemeklerini yemek için bile gelinebilir. Restorant çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Resepsiyondan Aslı hanıma da çok teşekkür ediyorum yardımsever davranışlarından dolayı. Otel genel olarak temiz ve ferah. Konforlu ve dinlendirici vakit geçirdik

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

Outstanding hotel and by far one of the best customer service one can get. The hotel location is very quite and relaxing in Yalova... The room was very nice and quiet. We were tired after a very long flight. Everybody quickly recognized what we need and offered help to us. All the staff were working really hard to meet our expextations. Definitely coming back.
