Hotel Pine Yard

Poor hotel set up, the room which was offered initially was horrible. They are not aware as to what the customer is looking for. When i insisted then they shifted to a diff room. Ac not working l. Very bad

Room is not clean, service is very poor and in the name of complimentary breakfast they provide only single option

Rooms are average with some amenities missing for the price i paid like intercom, electric kettle etc. But the staff were good though

It took me a lot of time to reach the hotel as the location details of the hotel were incorrect in the app. Additionally, the contact person in the hotel was unreachable over the calls. The contact number of the hotel mentioned in mm t app is invalid.

Rooms stinking beds were shabby and smelling bad. Not for family persons at all. I would never choose room or hotel like this. Hotel managers and staffs were well behaved though.Worst was washroom with so much bad smell, wet floors, waters trickling from tap whole nightWorst experience ever

The room cleanliness is just ok, there is tremendous scope for improvement the attached bathroom is clean but smells very bad, it has major problems in the exhaust/vent system in fact the entrance stairs smell bad due to the main exhaust ventilators placed over there. that’s surely a wrong design. the complimentary breakfast was good, simple Roti-Sabji with Omelette and hot tea were served. overall, it’s an average rated hotel.

Worst experience of hotel by taking advance money mm t support hotel in loot. No rectification of the problem after complaining. Hotel refuse to give gst invoice manager said mm t will give invoice. My money wasted
