"As General manager" ( Sailendra Chandola sir) Their expectional communication skills forested positive work environment. While maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. And also Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall, elegant finishes, consistent color schemes and attention to details creates luxurious and pleasant ambiance. They have two in-house culinary gems which are always thronged by localities. One is Pepper Fry by Kamats, which serves Indian and global cuisines with local tadka. Another is MEZZE 9. It’s Thane’s only Pure Veg bar restaurant which serves all drinks at MRP, ***** with scrumptious food. They also serve complimentary breakfast buffet with large food options. The quality of food and stay at hotel will surely create cherished memories. Book now, to enjoy the comfort and care like your Home away from Home.

We visited Mezze 9 inside Vits Sharnam at Teen Haath Naka in Thane. The restaurant's rustic theme and comfortable vibe stood out. We began with refreshing mocktails that looked appealing and tasted even better. As a vegetarian restaurant, we sampled some of their best dishes. The Kung Pao Paneer was delicious, and the sushi platter was outstanding—easily the best sushi we've had in Thane. The White Sauce Pasta is a must-try for continental food lovers. Special thanks to Manager Fayaz for the warm hospitality. We look forward to returning with friends to enjoy their MRP drinks offer and 39% off on food from Monday to Thursday until 6 PM.

Hoorible Experience - Hygiene amd Safety Issues, Irresponsible Service, Damaged Equipments. Dirty Linenes, Delayed Servce Response. The staff is untrained and casual that even after the complaint a stained bedsheet was hidden below another sheet and not changed. No manager to supervise and take ownership.

VITS SHARANAM is centrally located in Thane - Louis Wadi, with convenient access to Mumbai. The property is like a wadi, surrounded by lush green trees. The rooms are well maintained with almost all the amenities. Their in-house restaurants are big hit and offer scrumptious pure vegetarian food with alcohol at MRP. The complimentary buffet breakfast offers large options. Do try this Thane’s hidden gem in your next trip to Mumbai or Thane.

Very odd place with badly maintained rooms. Rooms are very small as compared to room cost. Aslo the cleanliness in the room and bathroom is very bad. Linen and towels supplied are not properly washed. Breakfast akso have very limited options

Good nice service from restraunt team. But front office staff is worst no manner how to deal with guest a *** sitting out side of reception area has no manners to talk. He didn't stand up for me when I visited property in hotel, And some ladies was there by name nayantara may be she was to rude at the time of check out. Such a horrible service I was staying in hotel. Location was good
