I always book this property whenever i have my work in Navi Mumbai. last time also there were AC and cleanliness issues. This time there was heights of mistakes from their side. No cleanliness, no proper room and even we paid extra still they argued with us while leaving asking for extra 2k payment. pathetic. i will never ever visit again and even will not recommend anyone this hotel. The staff is rude and useless including reception staff. pathetic service.

I got to know about this through my relatives. Since we were going to stay only for one night so we did choose deluxe room which did not include meals. Hotel location is on internal road. We had to go by maps only . Only problem was parking area is outside on road which is not safe . What if someone is damaging car how owner is supposed to know?. Second there should be a board displaying navigation to hotel since people who are new to that road may get confused. Service was good. But toiletries were not there.we had to call them for the same and after that only then they provided toiletries. So please make sure it does not happen again. Since hotel is little bit inside from main road. It can get dangerous since road is empty at night so it's not safe for people traveling at night for hotel stay. I have already shared reviews about hotel and its stay

The Overall Experience was good😀 for this Hotel stay, But we need to fix such thing like to we didn't the Washroom kit even after demanded, I have called multiple times for Morning Kit like Hairoil,Comb and all.
And another major Issue is of not getting early breakfast in the morning.

I did check in around 12. 30am, staff was very rude, he did drama that he need documents either hard copy or pd f finally agreed for photo, got room in 3rd floor, ther was no lift, food is bad, pigeon disturbance, fan regulator not working

All the staffs were very rude and disobedient all the time. Didn't know how to speak to a customer and give the hospitality needed.
This is the first time that I have seen a visitor is not allowed even for 10 minutes to my room booked.

Don’t Spend your money here, they were only booked out for being close to the DY patil stadium, the rooms are dirty and taped up in places, walls are chipping paint through and bird poop on bathroom and windows of room. They charge you for water which is a complimentary thing everywhere. The reception staff has an attitude and are out rude. The hotel doesn’t have lift so we had to climb up and down the stairs for 3 floors. The help at checkout was dragging out bags through stairs and when I told him not too, he said he never dragged it whereas the whole hotel could hear the bag wheels going through the stairs.
