Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

I stayed for 2n in this due to close proximity to next day meeting location. 1. No reserved parking, valet outsourced to agency, the driver sturbonly demands tip both days. Limited underground parking. 2. Hotel refuses to book via mmt. 3. Clean renovated hotel, but not upto price offered. 4. Only thali restaurant available in hotel. 5. Morning bf buffet was okish

The hotel staff are very good. Numerous eateries and a bar within the same complex.
The Wi-Fi was non existent whether in the room or the reception.
Heavy road works on the highway outside.

Good location situated in central thane close to station,, ghobunder road /rmall tasty food ( breakfast) n number of variants to taste. Very attentive staff

First of all i must have to mention that make my trip shows this property as 4 star but it is of 2 star as per google map and as per my experience. I repeat it's not 4 star by any chance. No packed drinking water provided in rooms, limited breakfast and dinner options. No fridge and soft drink in room. In short it's truly not value for money as well as comfort.

No lift. Rooms under renovation. Staff is courteous and front desk is helpful. Couple friendly. Basic hotel with facilities as described under room type selected at the time of booking. Good for short stay or transit considering room rates are quite reasonable and location is good with a restaurant just below the hotel.

On the mm t app it said that on requesting the hotel will allow complimentary early check in, but the hotel charges me an additional 500 for early check-in. So either the hotel has not informed mm t of this change in policy or the hotel just took the advantage of situation and earn extra. For the price i paid, the stay was decent. Room was okay, but the ac condensate drain was open right at the bathroom door. Making the bathroom floor wet and slippery. If you are sleepy in the morning you might slip due to this. No restaurant at the premise, but food options are available nearby. Bring your own water from outside or pay additional charges for water bottles here.

人人生是一场马拉松The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

MMonal KulharaI stayed at Hotel Ramada in Mumbai from 6th to 9th October and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, and the food, especially the breakfast, was fantastic. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

NniaIbis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

PPengguna TetamuRoom promised was not sweet one. Only one of the two was sweet. Coffee maker in room 500 did not have auto cut off. It just blew up with hot vapours. No personal interaction as such. Buffet breakfast was so so.
