Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

I had a very comfortable stay here at fortune hotel. The location is quite easy to get to. The food was awesome. The buffet had a great variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all basic amenities available. Highly recommend this place. Would love to come back again soon.

The hotel starf was very hospitable. It’s a very clean property. Perfect for business and personal stays. The staff was very cooperating and allowed the flexibility in terms of check outs or meal timings. Loved my stay here. Looking forward to come back again!!

Hotel is locate r in middle of city & in good area. Rooms are small but clean. Washrooms are also good. Staff is cooperative & well in response.

Fortune Select Exotica is a perfect destination for blending business and leisure. Nestled in Navi Mumbai, very convenient to reach any part of Mumbai. The rooms are well maintained, and the breakfast and dinner are awesome with wide variety of choice. The front office response is quick, and the staff are very friendly and energetic. While my wife and daughter were booked for a twin bed room, the staff at the hotel said, there's no availability because of people checking out. They were offered another room which i was told is good.

Very comfortable stay at hotel satkar grande. The food served was very good. Location of hotel is in such a place wherefrom one can hire conveyance of any kind. All amenities provided were excellent. Staff was very friendly &courteous. We wish them all success in their undertaking

I’m late to review this hotel, though I have a reservation with them twice a year, every year since past 10 years. What tempted me to invest time & efforts to appreciate about the management is the professionalism and empathy of Sir Kevin Vits, who manages the reception at second half of the day at Northside hotel. There was a discrepancy in the booking due to some other guest & my health was personally very critical and the simplicity which was extended by Kevin Sir which not only resolved the issue but sustained my peace of mind. In my 26 years of being an entrepreneur & owner of a start up brand, it’s rare an opportunity to experience such an asset for any company / organisation. Long way to go for Kevin Sir :)
