The Dome Luxury

The most annoying hotel I've ever experienced. We arrived at night, no water, no coffee, no snacks, only one receptionist. From 6am in the morning the noise of the cleaners shouting at each other across the hotel. Breakfast? All inclusive? Forget it, a few rounds of salami, scrambled eggs, something sweet and that's it. Espresso? All inclusive doesn't qualify, only for 5€. Lunch? Same misery as breakfast, choice of only one dish, dinner choice of two dishes. Beer and wine? The biggest crap I've ever had, unbelievable crap. Water? You don't qualify, if you go to the waitress to get water, she'll run your tap water. You don't get anything in the hotel after 10pm. Bring your own tasty wine from the shop next door? You'll be escorted from the outdoor seating area to your room to drink your wine. Unbelievable behavior... Loud music at night by the pool even when the bar and pool are closed. The smell of garbage in the bathroom. Many people from the hotel have to go to the shop next door to get water and wine.

The hotelhostess offered to arrange a rental car. Unfortunately, it was in such poor condition that the rental office did not know that the engine lacked oil and cooling water. Through the care of the hostess, the car rental office offered us good compensation for the trouble. Thanks. The cleaning lady in room 304 did a very good job. Good service by friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. Minus that there is no English language news channel on the TV.

Amazing hotel and the best staff we’ve met so far in many countries. Starting with the first experience Ralu and Irini from main reception desk which are really helpful and amazing persons to the bar and restaurant staff Takis, Boris and Casey. All of them made an amazing effort to make our stay perfect, from the best coffee to amazing personal cocktails by the pool bar. The hotel is modern, big rooms and balconies, amazing pool and good vibes. Even though on the main street sitting in a sun lounge you barely hear any traffic or noise. Beach is really close so I would say really good value for money.

I like staying in 4 and 5 star hotels. This 4-star hotel is the best choice I have made. Excellent staff. good food. flawless cleanliness Be kind and they will be kind too - in 6 days the bed linen was changed 3 times - Every day the used towels were changed - The room was cleaned every day, and we have never put the tag/label with "please make-up the room" as other people have done - they were very kind - they knew even our names - great communication after this experience , I have a BIG LIKE for this hotel and staff. there is no negative item. PS: dont forget, be kind! not a rude person! Best!
