Ulasan The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort

It was a wonderful place where my family and I could enjoy a comfortable trip. I'd like to stay longer next time if given the chance. It seems like it would be a good idea to prepare in advance for the lack of amenities around the hotel.

Modern hotel with a beautiful design and in a good location. The highlight would be the beach, which is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide and comfortable rooms. The hotel should have at least one more restaurant, since the main restaurant closes two days per week. It would also be worthwhile to have bar/restaurant service on the beach. Nevertheless, it is a hotel that I would highly recommend.

We loved every aspect about the hotel. It was well appointed. The rooms were amazing. The service was great. The sister property was a nice bonus. The beach was awesome and not a piece of plastic was seen on the beach or in the ocean. The check-in experience was pleasantly memorable with leis and welcome beverage. The reuseable water bottle may be the best gift I have received ever. We will be back and hopefully stay longer and more often.

하니문때 방문해서 완벽함을 못잊어 다시 방문한 숙소 매년 방문하고 싶을 정도로, 숙소 컨디션/ 뷰/ 시설/ 서비스+ 밤하늘이 예쁜 숙소입니다 하푸나 비치는 하와이 어딜가도 이런 해변이 없는 최고 해변👍 빅아일랜드 1순위 숙소가 아닐까

住了5晚房間裏總共有3隻老鼠，其中一衹直接順牆爬上了天花板，就在床頭上方。後來拿了粘鼠板來帶走兩衹，這個情況跟前台説過後酒店衹幫忙減了停車費，可能是我們看着太好説話了？pest control is needed. Come if you like Mickey Mouse 🤡

酒店的位置得天獨厚，但是距離景點還是需要半小時以上的車程，預訂的是海景雙床房，checkin的時候前台就給我了個部分海景房，當場就感覺不太對勁，馬上把訂單拿出來核對，裝模作樣找了半天才説，搞錯了。但是必須16點以後來拿。行吧，於是我們先去景點晚上回來取房間，晚上回來拿房給了間超級遠的房間，並且看出去都是房子（如圖1），和部分海景好像也沒什麼區別？和攜程反應，説要聯繫代理，代理聯繫半天説3天中的後2天度假村費免去外加酒店100美金消費券…衹能認了，整個酒店環境還是非常美的，也不知道是不是針對中國人，叫客房拿個東西都是用扔的，非常不耐煩，另外小童泳池在裝修，灰塵超大，反正下次大島肯定不來這了，不如直接訂captain cook附近的酒店更方便

두번째 재방문이었는데도 역시나 실망하지 않는 편안한 숙소였고 위치는 조금 동떨어져 있으나 자연과 해변을 느끼며 온전히 호캉스 할수있는 훌륭한 리조트 였습니다 사전 리퀘스트 메일에 대한 성실한 답변과 고객의 요구에 최대한 맞춰주려고 노력하는 front office manager Daniel에게 감사드리며 호텔의 서비스가 만족스러웠습니다 넓은 객실과 발코니 그리고 깨끗히 리노베이션된 욕실은 쾌적했고 발코니에서 보이는 오션뷰도 아름다웠습니다 침대또한 편안하게 취침할수있는 좋은 컨디션이었고 조용한 수영장에서 휴식을 취할수있고 부대시설들과 식당도 만족스러워 다시 재방문 하고 싶은 편안하고 좋은 리조트임에 적극 추천합니다 도보 20분인 옆의 같은 계열인 마누아케아 리조트도 방문하면 다양한 분위기와 시설을 이용하며 재미를 느낄수있어 좋습니다

住宿沒啥特色，酒店早餐就很一般，然後晚餐附近也沒什麼店可以吃衹能在酒店吃，好點的那個Meradia也不開，衹能吃很難吃的beach餐廳，住的不爽

너무 환상적인 경험이였습니다!~~ 숙소 근처에서 관광지 또는 먹거리 공간까지 가는 거리가 먼 것 빼곤 단점이 전혀없어요!

房間有小強，這個讓我很意外，到前台去説，前台人員給調了一個很偏又很吵的房間，讓我覺得故意使壞，在向前台經理投訴後解決的還算滿意，酒店環境確實很美，尤其是海岸沖浪🏄非常適合，還看到了鯨魚，意外收穫！
