Hotel berhampiran Peyad, Thiruvananthapuram

I made a reservation for the KKM international Hotel through by booking com from 17 July to 27 July The price given by Booking com for 10 days total price 31650 INR and on my arrival at that hotel I was charged 15000 INR its mean almost half of my total payment i pay. Again after 5 days i pay 15000 INR so total i pay 30000 INR. 26 evening i going to pay my last payment reception agent tell me i have to pay 6900 INR balance so total i pay 36900 INR My laundry Bill Is 900INR mini bar we eat one nuts packet and one chips packet and one chocolate that's around 1000 INR so my question is how come it become 36900??? Its not finish 27 morning 8am i going to give my room key before i departure reception agent tell i need wait i need pay again 500INR i don't want ask any questions to him i pay again 500INR so total i pay 37400INR so they changed me extra 3850INR guys be careful this hotel. Your payment. The positive point Restaurant staff very friendly. But need more training. Housekeeping staff good. Front desk staff need more training no welcoming no bellboy we carry our luggage by our self to the room. Food is so so all the food itmes very expressive More than most high level hotel in India.

Very good, professional service and worry free stay. 1. caretaker was very very friendly. He had called in advance to ask when we would check in, shared the number we can use in case of any need and also told us he will be out on the road if we need help to locate the property. we eventually did have to call him because the house is located beside a slope and it's from a level down to the road from the direction we came( the other side of the house it's located above the road). but as soon as we called he was out on the road and helped us. 2. One point to note is that we have to park the car on the road. The house required climbing stairs up/down, so we cannot take the car past the gate. 3. the bathrooms are very clean ( bathrooms are the biggest fear for me). Their shower was very very good and unlike most places in tvm located near the beach, the tap water was not hard water. it was soft. they have hot and cold water. Towels were also provided, so also soap and travel friendly size of shampoo and moisturizer. 4. you can hear the waves loud and clear. you can also see the waves from your porch etc. you can also see the Vizinjam mosque dome and minarets from he property. also the lighthouse is very close by and can be seen from the property. 5. The beach is super near. Everything is at walking distance. Breakfast offered was bread, butter/jam. so we opted out. Drinking water was provided. There are cupboards inside for storage.Chairs and a table too. There is a door between the bottom two rooms that can be locked or unlocked. Hence it's great for families security wise. Overall, it's reliable and worry free.

Our recent family getaway to Niraamaya was an absolute bliss. The resort itself was a tranquil haven, perfectly balancing luxury and nature. The rooms were immaculately clean, exuding a sense of peace and calm. The serene ambiance was just what we needed to unwind and recharge. The staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The food was delectable, with a perfect blend of flavors and a delightful presentation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Niraamaya and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating escape.

I had travel-led to trivandrum for a meeting. Travel-led ***** with my wife and 4 months old baby. This property was so amazing that even i was out for my official meeting my wife and kid was safe and i had no worry to leave them alone there. The staff the ambiance room facilities and food all 5* from my side. Good place safe and best for family.

We stayed here in 2bhk apartment for 2 days during our kerala trip. This place feels like own home with spacious bedrooms, living and dining space and fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. The building is new. Pros: 1) fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, dishes/cutlery and utensils to cook simple food items. 2) grocery/fruit shops nearby (2 min drive) 3) clean bathrooms with all modern fittings (except bathtub. 4) spacious bedrooms with clean beddings and ac. 5) all areas were sparkling clean 6) parking space 7) washing machine which comes very handy if you are on a long trip. 8) lift available. 9) good size balconies with fans and wooden chair tables. 10) just 2-3 minutes drive to varkala beach and 4 mins from black sand beach. 11) absolute privacy 12) helpful staff cons: 1) they should have an ro water purifier in the kitchen. Or, at least provide 20l ro water bottle for cooking purpose. That's a must at this price point. One should not be bothered to buy water bottles from outside to cook food. 2) i felt there was a little (barely noticeable) odour in the bathroom because the small exhaust was not sufficient and the type of windows they had couldn't be opened due to privacy issue. They need to fix the same. 3) this is not that near if you want to walk to the beach. May be 10 mins walk. But we had a car so it was perfect for me. Ps: not sure if they had iron or not, i had mine so i didn't bother to check.

Loved the stay. The balcony was neat, clean, proper sunlight and shed, and view. Bathroom was sanitised, proper soap clean towels bedsheets were provided. Extra bed also was provided with bed and not just a mattress, toilet paper rolls too. Everything was good. A must try stay option.

If your idea of a vacation includes the words relaxation, awesome food and picturesque views, then this is THE place for you. My family and I spent 3 nights at BCanti. Right from the time I approached the resort to book our accommodation, they have been extremely helpful, quick and forthcoming which made it an easy choice for us to spend our vacation. Location: If you are looking for a seaview resort then your search ends here. Because this hidden gem sits right on the beach, we enjoyed the sea view from the balcony outside our rooms and even from within the room. Not only this, but we were also greeted with peaceful sounds of waves at all hours of the day and night. We saw the most beautiful sunsets of our lives all the three evenings we spent here. Room and Amenities: The room itself is spacious, clean and has every modern amenity required. Since the afternoons were hot, retreating to our air conditioned rooms was heavenly. Immediately upon check in, the resort provides free Wifi with really good connectivity anywhere within the resort. Also, if we needed anything more we could always ask the resort to provide it. There’s even a pool right in the centre of the resort if you’re tired of the sea water. It is quite evident that the management take great care to ensure every aspect of the resort is smoothly run , and that everything is well-maintained and functional. Service: The management and the staff are all equally and extremely helpful, friendly, ever-smiling and open. A special mention to Mr. Harish who arranged our accommodation, arrival and all our requirements, and to Mr. Patrick who ensured we had a perfect stay at the resort. Food: When it comes to food is where the resort truly lives up to its boutique nature. My mother has a severe allergy to chicken and egg, and so we are truly grateful toward the staff, the cooks and the chefs for not letting her feel left out, but ensuring she could join in eating sea food without any fear of mixing of ingredients. We all enjoyed a huge variety of special food ranging from sea food, Kerala special dishes, continental food and mouthwatering desserts, customised to our liking and requirements. While the resort does not provide a full buffet, they prepared whatever we asked them to, exactly the way we wanted. We are especially thankful for the help and service provided by our chef Mr. Ujjwal, who assisted us right from what to order, to the best place to be seated. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals right on the seashore and even glimpsed some dolphins one morning! Ayurveda: Lastly, I cannot end without mentioned the superbly managed Ayurveda centre, where we each had massages. It is very well-organised, with a proper consultation and curated massages according to our needs. It really upped the relaxation vibes of our vacation. Honestly, this was one of our best vacations as a family, and I cannot recommend it enough to everyone. There are a lot of negative reviews about the place, but please give it
