I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Had a very experience staying at this hotel which is centrally located in city centre. Mr. Thilak GM was very kind enough to offer me the best possible rates. They have a cozy bar with good selections of drinks. The food served is very tasty. Staff members are very courteous and helpful. Overall a very satisfying stay experience.

Good day dear reader friends I am Sunil Kalia from Mumbai On 19June 2024 it was my birth day ***** with Rahul Gandhi Hence I decided to celebrate it with my wife and son Accordingly family decided to move out of Mumbai for birthday celebrations we planed to fly by Indigo airlines to THIRUVANANTHPURAM NOW searched for hotel for stay through Make my trip app and THE SOUTH PARK 5 STAR property was recommended we booked our 3 days stay 2 rooms check in 19 June and check out 22 June (MAP) with breakfast and dinner On our arrival at the hotel for check in on 19 June the front office gave us warm welcome without taking much of time we were allotted room nom 405 and 419 on forth floor both rooms facing swimming pool and Mahatma Gandhi road Both our rooms were elegantly designed to provide all needs of guest now in our room the very first person from hotel side who came for our welcome was LEKHI mam from housekeeping team she was very polite and assured to take very good care of us during our stay In the night we approached regency restaurant for our dinner again Mr VIKAS chef came to meet and greet us and assured all sort of service we had great spread out of food in buffet dinner every thing was value for money next morning before breakfast Mr Suresh heading team house keeping came to our room for greeting us i requested him to kindly introduce me to hotel General Manager. To my surprise within few minutes Shri BIJOY sir hotel General Manager personally came to our room. Good location, staff was very helpful especially Ms. Prathiba & Mr. Nivil. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. We didn't have food so not able to comment on the food. As we requested they have extended the late checkout without big arguments. All the bathroom amenities were provided. Value for Money. Truly recommended.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

The KTDC Grand Chaitram, Thiruvananthapuram is a government hotel which provides quality services at affordable tariffs. The hotel is located in the centraI Trivandrum which is the older part of the city on the main road. The Trivendrum Central Railway Station is right accross the road and Thampanoor Bus stand is adjacent to the hotel. Yet the road is remarkably congestion-free and quite. You won't hear street noise in your room. This part of the city is very well connected to all other parts of the city. The drive to hotel from airport took around 45 minutes. Please remember that Uber & Ola are available in three or four large cities of the state. The checkin was fast and we had to wait for around 15 minutes before we were ushered into our room. We stayed from 30th May to 1st June in superior room at fourth floor . It contains a sitting room and a bed room. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. Though there is definitely a huge language barrier, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and house keeping is good. A small private parking is available. The food quality and the buffet breakfast spread are average. A quicker response to service requests is desired. The location is top notch. Most of the tourist place like Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, Art Gallery, Kanakakunnu Palace, Science and Technology Museum, Planetarium etc. are within 5 km. The temple of Padmanabhanswami is around 1 km away. If you want to eat out try Aryaas Park (veg) 50 m and Azad Hotel 500 m away. One can go to Pothy Textile 500 m away for shopping clothes.
