Clean and comfortable rooms as well as common areas. Convenient location (close to shopping mall, railway station and the amazing museum about ******* culture). Caring and foreigner-friendly staff. During winter, the room was quite hot and the aircon did not work. Opening the window helped a bit.

Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

原來是衝著酒店有自助餐提供訂的酒店，酒店在沒有告知我們的情況下，到我們辦理入住的時候才被告知沒有自助餐，衹有打包的早餐😭😭由於到達的時候太晚了，不想折騰，便將就入住了。 酒店的設施還是很新的，挺不錯。不過可能過年期間淡季，好多燈都沒有全開，感覺不大好。😂 衞生：中規中矩，符合期待。✔️ 環境：在距離翡翠湖10來分鐘的車程，方便。周邊也挺安靜的，睡得舒服。👌 服務：服務人員沒有統一穿制服，感覺是住了一間雜牌麗呈一樣。😭 西北環線之旅，入住過全季，亞朵，漢庭等連鎖酒店，感覺麗呈是最不靠譜的。😂 最後必須贊一下攜程的服務，反饋了酒店沒有提供自助早餐後，及時退回了五人的早餐費用，處理結果很滿意。👏

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Highly recommend to others. Khách sạn có vị trí thuận tiện, cách Ga xe lửa Côn Minh khoảng 1,5 km, là lựa chọn lý tưởng cho du khách đi đến Lhasa qua Đường sắt Thanh Hải-Tây Tạng. Các phòng sạch sẽ và được trang trí đẹp mắt, bữa sáng cung cấp nhiều món ăn ngon. Nhân viên lễ tân rất giúp đỡ và nhiệt tình; họ hỗ trợ chúng tôi gọi taxi và giao tiếp với những người khác. Họ tặng chúng tôi một số món đồ nhỏ dễ thương như lời cảm ơn đối với khách hàng. Rất khuyến khích mọi người tới để trải nghiệm khách sạn này nhé.

I thoroughly enjoyed yet another stay at Qinghai Hotel. The friendly bilingual staff went the extra mile bringing my luggage to the room and making sure I was comfortable. The bright clean room, beautiful view with snow capped mountains on the horizon, varied buffet style breakfast with both Chinese and Western cuisine, as well as a long soak in the tub - all these made me regret that the stay this time was only one night.

compared to the picture the room is much 'cheaper' and dirtier. The location is fairly central but it's situated within a park so it's not that easy to find and hard for a car to go in the area and maneuver. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Not terrible but not worth the money.

西北之行最滿意的一家酒店，必須實名好評！ 全程住過最舒服的一家，服務熱情貼心，讓人感覺特別温暖。房間寬敞整潔、空間很大，隔音效果超棒，休息得很安心。 因為高原反應有點不舒服，酒店貼心提供了供氧服務，房間還配有加濕器，細節直接拉滿，極大緩解了旅途不適。 早餐也很驚艷，雞湯米線鮮香味美，烤腸也超好吃，味道很贊。看我們趕行程還打包早點和水果，方便又暖心。 整體體驗無可挑剔，性價比超高，下次來一定還選這家！

前台幫升了房，送了早餐，十分感謝。 房間硬件沒得説，總體住的還不錯。 提兩點建議： 1. 好好檢查一下房間的窗户，我住的房間窗户是漏風的，倒不是冷不冷的問題，房間很暖和，而是半夜颳風的時候，呼呼的風聲特別大。設施0.5扣在這裏。 2. 早餐備菜不夠。早餐供應到10點，我8點半就下樓了，釀皮和甜醅都已經沒有了，放了個標簽，寫的啥我忘了，類似已經沒了請諒解這種。我9點吃完的時候，這倆也還沒補上。顧客到一個地方，主要就是想吃一些當地的特色食物，一直缺貨實在是不合適。服務1分扣在這裏。

前台工作人員服務態度特別好，耐心解答各種問題。客房服務員也很細心，每天都把房間整理得井井有條。房間的床鋪超級舒服，一夜好眠。隔音效果也很好，沒有任何打擾。強烈推薦給追求舒適的朋友們！價格實惠，但品質一點不含糊。無論是環境還是服務，都超出了我的預期。性價比超高，酒店位於市中心，交通特別方便。出門就是地鐵站和公交站，去哪兒都很輕鬆。酒店的設計風格很有特色，每一處細節都透露出品味和藝術感。讓人一進門就感覺很驚艷！入住送了平安果，很貼心的舉動，入住後立馬來電 問候入住情況和需求，反正是一場很不錯的體驗，下次還會選擇這裏的 邂逅暖冬Chill下午茶:挺好的 大堂自助咖啡無限續杯:免費

温馨舒適，是格塘雅棲給我最直觀的感受。高原的海拔和氣温讓身體疲憊不堪，回到格塘雅棲的那一刻，就像是葛優躺一般窩在沙發裏愜意。下次來瑪沁還來住這裏。衹可惜此次出差來此匆忙沒有留下太多的照片，但服務員們的熱心和細心的温度給了我非常多温暖。扎西德勒！
