Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa, What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine. 非常感謝Gina,Emily,家人的外套遺落在房間了，酒店及時聯繫到我並幫我順豐郵寄到家裡，服務很贊。 總體是滿意的，尤其是小童樂園和健身房很不錯，還有小區環境也好。需要提的建議是，五一期間寶寶床圍不夠了，跟前台打了招呼，如果有客人退房儘量安排給我，但住了三天依然沒有等到床圍。另外，地庫的桿子在第二天的時候壞掉了，導致我們進出地庫衹能從出口。

出差基本都會選擇連鎖酒店，這次訂酒店的時候決定試試當地品牌。先説接送機，飛機落地後司機就給我打電話了，出了機場就上車，甚至步行距離比坐出租車還短。一進酒店就有一個叫楊欣的女經理接過我的行李，帶我到前台。前台也是極快的速度幫我辦理了入住，同時早餐時間、健身房、前台電話等訊息都被楊欣詳細告訴了我，工作的疲憊隨着她們的熱情服務減少了許多。酒店房間老而不舊，床品舒適整潔，房間乾淨明亮，期間要了兩瓶水也是很快的速度就送到了房間。可惜的是沒有好好享受一下這裏的早餐，留在下次出差再來體驗吧

Good and nice, clean Hotel with great coffee!

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

Boutique hotel recently reopened in a quiet neighborhood of Tianjin (walking distance to the Haihe). We really liked the room design as well as the swimming pool! There are still some parts of the hotel which haven't been renovated yet (so it's a bit dusty), but overall it was a very good experience.
