Ulasan Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower (Opening May 2021)

We booked the deluxe family suite. It was a very comfy suite with 2 Queen beds in a separate room. We could watch TV at night without disturbing our child sleeping. We wanted to extend our stay in Novotel, front desk lady 朱桐欣 was very helpful and patience to guide me to join as a member so I could save more. 谢谢你! Service is good. We will stay here again if we stop by Tianjin again.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. My family love this hotel very much. There malls within 5min walk

We had a great time in Novotel Tianjin. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. Resonable price, clean, new and modern furniture, supportive staff. The staffs couldn't speak English with us but they were very helpful and supportive, they help us to find restaurants and even took us directly to the destination.

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

👍 1. the hotel allowed me to early check-in. 2. Free upgrade room. I booked standard single twin bed but they gave deluxe room. 3. The staff was very helpful. I don’t have chinese phone number so the staff was help me to use WIFI using her phone number.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious for 3 adults and 1 child. 10/10 ⭐️

The staff at the front office is very polite and helpful. I have arrived earlier and they have gladly helped to arrange the room. I am very appreciative of their effort. The room is modern and very clean and I loved it a lot. The free TV program can be better and I have pay for the paid TV. The hotel is probably not near the train station but taxi is very convenient in Tian Jin.

Nice, clean room, near to major attractions. Good value breakfast too. Friendly, helpful staff. Will recommend to frens! Good.

The hotel is superior. Cleanliness is always my priority, and this hotel hits all the ticks. Please keep up the good work! Though not right smack near mrt, walking distance is very acceptable. A macdonald and lawson convenience store just outside the hotel. For massage lover, there is a massage place just right beside it, 70 mins for RMB 198, nice private room. Few shopping malls surround the hotel with no lacking of food choice. Will come back to this hotel again if I ever visit Tianjin.

A nice, new hotel in the centre of tourist areas. A decent walk to the subway, but cabs are plentiful. My biggest issue with the room was the lack of children’s programs on the TV. At the time of my visit, CCTV14 was not part of their package.

位置好，干净，新！ 推荐住这里。前台David服务态度佳👍🏻 Hotel is new and well kept, good standard and service. Location is just opposite drum town old town. Plenty of local food at door step. Recommended. 

Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! Will definitely stay in Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel if we visit Tianjin in future.
