Ulasan Aparthotel Adagio Access Marseille Prado Perier

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room is clean and quite new. It’s also very spacious for a solo traveller. The location is very close to the metro station and there are bus stops just outside. The hotel is also very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars and banks. Staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻

I really enjoyed my stay at the Adagio. The staff is friendly and very professional. It's true that the rooms and common areas could do with a refresh, but the Adagio has some interesting features, like the indoor pool. I plan to come back.

It's a rubbish hotel. The service staff has a bad attitude. They don't do any hygiene for a whole day. They say it costs three euros to change a smelly towel. The room is dirty. The water dispenser in the lobby downstairs says it is provided once a week. Are you crazy about being poor? Still poor! A ********* woman at the front desk said no before she spoke and asked for a blanket to keep warm at night. She said "one?" with her middle finger. Don't I understand what the middle finger means? This requires the lobby manager to apologize. What does this middle finger mean? Then fire this woman! ! ! ! How did the person in charge of Ctrip’s overseas department choose this rubbish hotel?

The facilities are shabby, lack of organization (1 towel for two on arrival). Very noisy hotel, vacuum cleaner at 8:30 a.m., slamming door, no insulation, you can hear everything the other travelers are doing.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face de la station Périer et pas loin du rond-point du Prado, que l’on peut même rejoindre à pied. De ce côté-là, rien à redire. L’accueil était correct, avec un personnel plutôt souriant. En revanche, beaucoup trop de problèmes pour un séjour d’une semaine. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait un réfrigérateur défectueux. Après deux jours, on nous a changé de chambre, mais celle-ci n’était pas vraiment propre. Nous avons également été facturés deux fois pour la chambre, alors que l’on nous avait confirmé le règlement dès notre arrivée. L’erreur a été reconnue, mais je trouve cela assez grave : si nous n’avions pas vérifié, qu’est-ce qui se serait passé ? Autre souci : la taxe de séjour, dont le montant différait entre Trip.com et l’hôtel. Enfin, un point négatif supplémentaire : la piscine ferme à 21h, ce qui est vraiment trop tôt, je trouve, surtout en été. Tous ces désagréments font que je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, malgré son emplacement avantageux.
