Hotel di Binjiang Road/Xiao Bai Lou/Five Avenue Scenic Area, Tianjin

Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. Moreover, the warm and gracious hospitality was consistent throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Selina from the Front Desk and Sunny & Coco from the Executive Club. Their professionalism ensured that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Magnificent hotel with the highest level of service and comfort. Very attentive and professional staff. The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. I am grateful to the hotel for a pleasant stay on holidays and recommend it to all who prefer a refined, comfortable and professional level of service!

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

Saya sedang melancong ke Tianjin bersama anak-anak saya pada musim panas dan ingin tinggal di tempat yang indah. Saya memilih Longlitz di Ctrip. Saya turun dari EMU Barat Tianjin dan menaiki Metro Laluan 1 ke Laluan 2. Terdapat 5 perhentian secara keseluruhan. tiba di hotel lebih kurang 30 minit! Kakitangan di meja depan berkhidmat dengan senyuman dan sangat cekap! Masuk ke dalam bilik, pasangkan kad dan langsir elektrik akan terbuka secara automatik, memberikan anda pemandangan panorama Itali! Ia tidak terlalu mudah untuk kanak-kanak menyambung ke Bluetooth, pembesar suara bilik dan tayangan skrin TV! (Pada asalnya saya bercadang untuk berpindah ke lokasi yang berbeza dan tinggal di tempat tarikan, tetapi saya akan terus tinggal di rumah yang sama dengan segera. Tarikan di tengah-tengah Tianjin sangat tertumpu). Tianjin terkenal dengan sarapan paginya, jadi saya tidak memilih hotel untuk membawa sarapan di rumah. Pada 8:30 keesokan harinya, kami terus ke sudut barat laut saya mempunyai kek pes bijan gula perang dan kek goreng, dan saya kenyang! Saya tidak makan di kedai merah lain yang berderet! Lebih baik tidur sehingga anda bangun secara semula jadi dan bersarapan di hotel! Jika anda melanjutkan penginapan anda, anda akan mendapat dua sarapan. Puas hati, terima kasih banyak kepada kakitangan yang bersemangat!

The room is beautiful even though the view was not quite what i expected. The beds were comfortable and the room was equipped with necessary needs like good quality towels which is an important need for me in a hotel room. I would definitely book a room here again. I enjoyed my stay and was comfortable.

Got a room on a high floor with a view of the city centre. It was upgraded to a kind of suite with a living room. Overall not bad, however the interior design is a bit outdated but still clean and comfortable. Internet connection works well.

The hotel was overall ok. Very good position, in a shopping area and near the metro. The staff has been professional. The room had a misfunctioning window, which made the room cold unless keeping the heating on all time, that was very noisy

Room is small but clean, I only manage to open one luggage at one time, just book bigger room if you need bigger space. Breakfast is simple, can just skip it. Location is very good, there are many museums and eatery places nearby.

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.
