Hotel berhampiran C. Melchers Building, Tianjin

In my view, Ritz Tianjin is the branch with the highest service level. ( i visited Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing financial street and Beijing Huamao centre so far) 1. 3 days before arrival - The branch called me to confirm the number of visitors (couple + 7 month old); and the purpose of visit (wedding anniversary) 2. Upon arrival - We were greeted by friendly staffs whom helped us with our 3 luggages and they did it with a smile 3 Miss Freya Luo lead us to the check in and was explaining the restaurants and facilities of the branch 4. During stay, our garbage and room was cleaned up no less than 2 times a day (we only stayed 2 days) 5. Miss Freya, also helped us to arrange parcels (mainly infant diapers and napkins) to be sent to the hotel 6. The exterior of the hotel resembles a castle and its truly special The hotel is merely a room; the service provided by each of the staffs here makes this experience truly memorable Thanks again Freya!

距離地鐵站不是很遠，掃車子很快就到了，周圍很繁華～ 設施：很新的3.5了 衞生：真的很乾凈！！！！！！！！ 環境：好好好，酒店附近都是很好看的環境，酒店本身也是一個意式風的小樓，很喜歡這種風格！主要是喜歡投屏這個點！華住會的猛猛沖！ ❣️：附一張我投屏照片哈哈哈哈哈，還有小度音響，衞生間乾濕分離！做的很好，馬桶是智能的並且恆温～ 服務：啊啊啊贊👍，前台姐姐真的很温柔很細心，心裏暖暖的！大學生不騙大學生哈哈哈哈！每句話都有迴應，辦入住很快，走廊碰到也會問好，添物也很及時，外賣👆有外賣櫃的，也有機器人送餐很贊，主要是環境真的很好，隔音很強，態度非常好～ 總結：❗️我以後來天津玩還訂這家！！

An exceptional stay, one of the best in China in recent memory. Very impressed with the politeness of staff, such as greetings from waiters during breakfast. Hotel is a cutural gem and had no idea it has such a rich history. Quirky and fun, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent.

房間設施有些舊了，但是很乾凈。電視方便連接switch。房間沒有異味。有智能馬桶蓋。服務人員都很熱情友善。關鍵是窗外海河風景很美。酒店位置很好，走着就可以到很多著名景點和博物館。

酒店所處地理位置非常好！除了出行去各個景點都挺近，周邊有地鐵站，也有大型商場。酒店內部保持着“全季”的簡約風格，服務也不錯。但是建議給房間增設一個“洗衣籃”可以用來放置用過的毛巾。對於喜歡睡“硬床”的我來説，房間的床墊雖然軟，但是挺舒服的，不是那種彈簧床，不會因為被住客睡多了產生傾斜，從而傷腰。

雖然貧窮的我房間安排在一樓，並且還要上下台階，但這就是徜徉在歷史古建築裏的小情趣啊。 早餐也挺豐富。位置出去玩和出差的地點都很近。旁邊均是歷史的遺存，還可以去海河看大爺們跳水和游泳。 離小白樓地鐵站也挺近，是一個理想的住宿地。

Excellent location on line 1, so great for moving around the city. Also walking distance to plenty of great coffee shops and sights. Secure swipe entry to main door and rooms. Cute coffee shop as part of the hotel. My room had a bath which also provided a bath bomb for a small charge.

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

設施老舊一些，服務態度好，早餐太一般了，品種很少，不推薦；位置離五大道很近，樓下有711，比較方便。

A variety of choices of breakfast, satisfied with the cleanliness and services provided by the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
