The hotel is well located close to the center of the Binhai District, within walking distance of a subway station. The rooms were clean although somewhat dated. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food. The hotel has a restaurant and there are a number of restaurants located nearby. However, the hotel service can only be rated adequate at best. The amount of information required at the time of check in was ridiculous. Very frustrating to be kept so long late at night after a long trip.

到店以後發現廁所馬桶蓋上有尿液和毛髮...真的匪夷所思 如圖 廁所地上還有很多腳印 感覺就是打掃衞生的根本沒弄廁所啊 聯繫前台更換了一個房間 倒是沒有尿液了 但是空調不製冷（已經最大風速最低温度）又給前台打電話 好像換了一個人 我簡單説明瞭一下情況 我説能不能再換一間？此時前台嘟囔了句又換？ 我心情此刻很不明瞭 換房間是我的問題？？然後前台找了工人來維修空調 一開始涼快了 後來又不製冷了 但實在懶得掰扯了就這樣吧
但是酒店大部分員工服務態度挺好的 除了接我電話的那個女的 然後就是衞生問題真的太太大了 浴室玻璃上全是陳年水漬

В номере: отдельный санузел (душ с двумя лейками и унитаз); небольшая вешалка для вещей; раковина для умывания с двумя зеркалами: для лица и во весь рост; две кровати: одна двухспальная, вторая - односпальная; прикроватная тумба; телевизор; журнальный столик и сидячий диван для двоих людей; кондиционер, система управления освещением и шторами; электрочайник; заварочный чайник; фен.
Убирались каждый день: выкидывали мусор, мыли пепельницу (в номере можно курить, по крайней мере в окно точно), пополняли запасы воды, туалетных принадлежностей, тапочки, полотенца, протирали столы и раковину.
Раз в 3 дня меняли постельное бельё.
Единственное НО: если вы вдруг что-то оставите на столе что может вызвать подозрения на мусор, то выкинут, так что если вы например недоели что-то, и оставили это на столе, то лучше напишите записку на китайском: 请不要把它扔掉。

The hotel is very far from downtown(1hour drive) as well the sea (40mins)so there isn't much to see or do in that location. But the rooms are very spacious and with lovely views hence we found the price very cheap. The service was great and we were provided help even really late at night.But the floor had stains and dust ,it seemed to not had been cleaned for a while.

來天津看中超聯賽。在選擇酒店的時候選中了離泰達足球場兩個地鐵站點的市民廣場站旁的濱海麗呈酒店，原本酒店旁邊是開心購物廣場，還想着可以逛逛晚上看完球可吃點美食娛樂娛樂，想不到廣場不知是改造還是裝修，全部關閉。不過酒店內環境還是很不錯的，很清靜，酒店內房間設施雖然有些舊了，但衞生乾淨整潔，房間隔音效果也很好，住宿感覺是比較舒適的，前台和客房服務也很好，早餐在十一樓，品種蠻豐富的，中西餐食，天津地方小食如煎餅果子鍋巴菜等也有，味道也蠻好的，用餐環境也很靜。酒店外出交通很便捷，出酒店就能看到不遠處的軌交九號線A3口，旁邊有出租車和共享單車，該線可直達天津站，如果換乘到濱海機場也很方便，從機場到酒店地鐵大約90分鐘。總之除了旁邊的開心購物廣場改造裝修關閉沒想到，其他體驗都蠻好的。以後有機會來天津泰達足球場看中超還會優先考慮入住，期望到時候開心購物廣場能重營業，這樣晚上看完球回酒店，一旁就有娛樂活動的地方了。

設施：設施齊全，不僅有機器人送餐，淋浴水也很充足，洗澡很舒服。特別是洗髮液的味道，香而不濃。而且地暖也非常暖和，睡覺都可以不用蓋被子的。床墊也是超級無敵的贊，太舒適了。
衞生：進房間的時候沒有拍照，走的時候想到必須給這家好評就拍兩張局部的照片。衞生非常乾淨，無論是床品還是犄角旮旯都很乾凈。
環境：酒店出行方便，來的時候從濱海西站打車過來的，十分鐘就到了。去市裡坐地鐵的時候，步行到地鐵口也就十幾分鍾，不用拐彎走三個紅綠燈就到了。門口吃飯很方便，順道去打卡了網紅餐廳老門口，走路也就幾分鐘。旁邊好像還有一個商業廣場，下次再去了可以逛逛。
服務：服務這方面真是最最令我滿意了，無論是前台的小哥哥小姐姐還是客房的阿姨，都非常有禮貌且熱情。
和朋友打卡了天津之眼、國家海洋博物館、網紅圖書館、方特，還一起踏了雪，很開心。

入住當天外面降温很冷，晚上就餐後渾身熱乎乎的回房間休息，但房間讓人猛然清醒，太冷，尋找☀無果，原來空調衹有熱情的冷風……
浴室熱水，放了10多分鐘一直温水有限，訊息告知，先讓自己調電燒水器，因考慮到公共財產與安全問題，自己強調請服務人員前來調試。等待15分鐘後，服務員直接踩着馬桶蓋調試完成告知等10分鐘可好，估計怕耽誤我們休息，一溜煙走了，留下鞋印在馬桶蓋上孤獨等待……
衞生間水池漏水像慢性子的人，洗完臉刷完牙，幾近一池子水，還在慢慢滲透……
房間有煙味……
門上的窺視眼蓋子，想蓋上，不行，滑溜溜的就下來了……
不知是不是未來及放味……
整體入住情況與訂購價位完全不符，失望……

LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us.
The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included.
I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

Sebenarnya, tidak ada perkhidmatan menjemput dan saya tidak pernah bertanya kepada pelanggan sama ada mereka memerlukannya atau tidak. Peti peti sejuk kosong dan tidak ada peti sejuk! Butang lif hampir jatuh, kebersihannya baik-baik saja, dan perkhidmatannya cukup baik, tetapi hotel empat bintang ... masih tidak sepadan dengan harga ini. By the way, isyarat TV tidak stabil.

PPengguna TetamuI really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.

LLilibeika衞生：房間乾淨整潔，是標準的北方四合院落式民宿。雖然是民宿但是老闆把衞生都弄得很乾凈，讓人放心。酒店床品和潔具也都很乾凈。對於輕微潔癖人士來説都很滿意。
環境：訂的是大床套房，房間在一個四合院落裏，開門就是院子，從院子出去就是熱鬧的衚衕，離周邊幾個景點都很方便。很有北方特色，對於從南方來的遊客來説，也是很新奇的體驗感。
服務：老闆十分親切，我們入住當天因為自己原因是半夜才到的。老闆依舊在耐心等我們入住。到了以後還熱心的和我們聊了一會，交代設施怎麼使用。讓南方遊客深深體會了北方的熱情好客。下次如果再到天津，一定還選擇吉祥院子

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondThe Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit.
This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China.
We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La.
Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La.
We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La.
Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition.
Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there.
However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special.
As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people.
Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business.
For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage.
All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night.
This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.
Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you.
Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.
There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk.
The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa,
What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine.
Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
