酒店性價比非常高超預期的，這個價格在北辰相對高一些但確實是北辰區非常好的酒店。這個價格在歡朋裏也是性價比高的 酒店設施設備很好有自助的洗衣機房以及健身房。洗衣機房比較人性化不用添加洗衣液就可以自動洗，而且酒店比較貼心，在洗衣機房單獨放了可以拿到房間的小衹洗衣液，對我這種出差人士比較友好，不愛健身但也去了健身房基本的設施都是有的，很滿意。 房間衞生做的也很細緻，淋浴間的角落也都清理的非常乾淨，地漏裏也看了下也沒有頭髮，衞生細節處理滿分值得表揚， 房間電視牆上還有可愛的貼紙有些祝福的話也保持了歡朋一貫的標準，早餐品類齊全，最喜愛的是紅棗豆漿，較為醇厚，這個季節來一杯暖暖的。 最後説一下服務，酒店全體人員服務都很在線，晚上出門吃飯樓層服務員看到都停下腳步主動問好，前台還給我推薦了地道的天津菜，酒店對面和旁邊各有一家菜館都很有特色，這次匆忙衹嘗試了一家，天津比較冷入住前接到了前台員工電話還告知酒店空調問題，怕冷怕熱都有給房間準備電風扇和電暖器，很安心，就連用早餐時早餐服務人員看出我比較怕冷還準備了毛毯，無比暖心，總體來説非常滿意 大堂的裝修我也很喜歡，下次在這附近有住宿需求還會選擇

地理位置不錯，周邊便利店與各類餐館非常多。交通也方便。酒店內部新開業不久，設備很新。 提幾點改進意見： 1-建議大堂到電梯的台階改造下，旁邊做一個坡道。便於老年人做輪椅上下，台階有些陡。不便且有危險性。 2-45層房間內無電話，與前台聯繫不方便，房間發生危險特殊情況也不好與酒店聯繫，衹能走去前台溝通。 3-房間沒配備即掃、勿擾牌。 4-中間的房間無窗，無通風，空氣很不好。手機無信號。 5-房間空調會因為周邊房間設定“制熱”而導致其他房間空調同步跳閘關閉，這應該給予解決。 6-衞生清掃注意衞生間大磨砂玻璃，有之前客人灑水吐痰的印記。邊角有煙灰需清潔乾淨。
