This hotel is fantastic!!!! The view and location is beautiful!!!! The pool is beautiful and it has a private beach as well. The manager yonatan loval was wonderful and had wonderful service. Even helped us with the language barrier for an order we needed to make. And we were spoiled with a corner room ( ask for 209). We will definitely be back!!!!! Great location as well!!!!

The staff was extremely helpful, even the girl behind the counter helped with our luggage. The breakfast bar was beautiful and better than we have seen in any hotel. The room had a nice view of the Sea of Galilee. We wanted to get a quick snack at night and the staff pointed out the places in the area where we could go, then offered to call ahead to see if they could get us a discount for staying at the hotel. We could not have expected better service, in fact they exceeded our expectations in every area.

The staff experience started with a long, patient and helpful call to reception when we booked our weekend; and continued throughout the weekend. The hotel is set away from the main hotel area by the lake and is about a 20 minute walk down to the shore. The rooms are a large size and are both clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of hots food and salads. We also enjoyed the swimming pool are in the late afternoon. The history of the hotel is an interesting read.

We came to to Tiberias to get further away from the war that had broken out. Rose checked us in and was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Galilee Sea. Mazal from the restaurant not only took care of my husband's lactose-free needs, she brought him a selection of things to choose from at breakfast. Yarden from the restaurant was very patient with some rude and difficult hotel guests, as was Zahava from the concierge. Edna gave me a wonderful Swedish massage and let me enjoy it with minor chitchat in between. The pool was small but a lot of fun for my kids and me, and the area was clean. The hotel has a children's play room that my 8 yo and 6 yo really enjoyed, as well as a separate room with foosball and ping pong tables. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

The Leonardo Club hotel was well located and I was pleased to have a great view of the Sea of Galilee from my window. The food was in plentiful supply and there was a very good variety including things for vegans and vegetarians. The room was comfortable and clean. Service was good although not outstanding as had to ask for my room to be cleaned when it had not been done by 3 pm. Facilities on offer are good for families.

I had a great stay! The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and spacious, with beautiful views. The amenities, especially the pool, were excellent. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely return!

Stayed at this property for 4 nights during a trip to the Galilee. We were personally greeted by the general manager, who explained that a large number of displaced families from the north were currently residing at the property. It was a privilege to reside in the same hotel with them. Rooms were clean and well maintained with stellar views from the lake facing accommodations. We needed the bed split into two singles, and that was done promptly. Any requests were handled quickly and pleasantly. Daily breakfast was robust with a wide selection of offerings. Restaurant staff were helpful, courteous, and thorough. Special mention to Nati, the night manager, who always greeted us warmly - by name - whenever we arrived at or left the hotel and really took care of us during our stay. He, the general manager, and the rest of the staff give great credit to the Leonardo brand and to this property specifically.
