Was a nice experience overall. Didn't try the food, so can't comment on that. Took a bit long to check in, had a few run-ins with the staff, but enjoyed my stay. A bit pricy, but like the unique style of the hotel. Worth the price in my opinion.

اليوم وصلنا علاوتيل وكثيرر كثيرر بجنن استقبلونا احلا استقبال مناهيل الكبلا مراد احلا معاملة استلمنا الغرف دغري الاوتيل كثير نظيف وفيو بركة بتجنن والنوف بجنن بنصح الكل فيوو الاكل كثير بجنن والشرروت بجنن الملتسريم ومناهيل الحيدر اوخل عساف بجننو اوتيل كامل مش ناقصو اشي😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

We stayed here for 3 days on a half board basis. The check in process was seamless. Our room was quite spacious but cleanliness was not up to the mark. I found floss, and a couple small items under the sink. Our used coffee cups were not rinsed and used glasses were not taken away. We had to place these outside the room after which they were cleared. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selections and variety. Dinner offering was limited on couple days due to Passover. Property has adult pool and kiddie pools with great views of the Sea of Galilee. Roof top bar offers great views of the city.

The view from the room and the upper deck were beautiful, but for the cost of the room, the service was poor. We had a cockroach (bug) in our room and even after repeated calls to the room service, nobody showed up. Eventually I had to remove it.

During my recent hotel stay, I had a disappointing experience with the hotel staff. Their customer service was subpar, with unresponsive and uncooperative staff members. It seemed like they lacked proper training in dealing with guests' needs and requests, making my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.

Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between .
Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around. Definitely not a relaxing experience.
The hotel seems to have a laundry issue Towels were collected but not refreshed.issue-

Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was gentle and professional. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Large variety and taisty food Large pool with excelent lanscape. Only cons- no air condition in elevators, no so close to the city center.

While all hotels in Tiberias are at least 20 years old and not very well kept, this one is brand new. it’s a whole new building, built next to an ancient house and exquisitely designed. The rooms are modern and spacious, very comfortable. the service is very good and efficient, friendly staff. I was especially surprised by meals. We had dinner and lunch, and the quality of the food was superb. Also breakfast is very varied and tasty. I dare to say that this is probably the best hotel in the city and we will back again
