Hotel berhampiran Iglesia Bethel Playas, Tijuana

Room was spacious. Hotel was located very close to borders and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Traffic wasn't very good as there is only one way to get in and out of hotel so depending on time of day, it might take extra time to get into or out of hotel.

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

Beyond the location and free parking being nice points, forget this place unless you want to waste money and enjoy being talked to rudely. The hotel room is very dark even with all of the lights on. The water from the shower comes out as a slow sprinkle (not a rain shower!). DIrt on the floor, especially corners, I would expect such at a homless shelter. They give one exceptionally thin and stained towel per guest, no wash cloths (though hygine being a value, I probably would not have used it). I have never encountered ruder and non-service oriented staff in any business, let alone a hotel. After we paid cash for 2 nights upon check in and knowingly had to wait a half-hour for the room to be ready, when it came time to receive our key fob, a changeover in front counter staff resulted in some gruff clown (tall bearded guy) insisting that we only paid for one-night. He backed off after I showed him our receipt, without an apology of course. Was he going to keep the $ for himself??? We discovered the next day that this same character only programmed the fob to work the 1st night. When I apprached him the next day, he denied such and rudely said it was my fault because ”no one” ever puts fobs in their wallet or purse because other credit cards will de program them -- something that has never happended to me over decades. A cafeteria adult busboy was extremely rude with a lecture to my wife at sit down while I was filling my plate that we should not waste food that comes with the free breakfast. He and another adult busboy incorreclty assumed we do not speak Spanish as we heard them saying that they expected we were going to steal food from the breakfast buffet to eat for lunch. We also heard a busboy tell a cusotmer that he could not take a cup of coffee up to his room, rather he would have to go down the street to a convenience store for coffee in a paper cup. My question is who hired these people with inept social skills? We will never again set foot in any Express Hotel. Marriott needs to drop them as a partnered hotel.

Love this place been there two times and is clean ,quiet and great service. I will come back all the time

I’ve been on Trip Advisor for a long time and have never posted a review. I felt compelled to do this after staying at the K Tower Hotel for the past 2 weeks. My wife and I decided to go to Tijuana for alternative cancer treatment at the Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana. Needless to say neither of us was very excited about the prospect of spending several weeks in Tijuana. However all of that changed once we found the K Tower hotel. From the manager Jose to the concierge Christian and Marcos and all of the wait staff in the excellent restaurants we have been more than satisfied with our stay here. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and all of our needs are met. Our room is huge and extremely clean. Both the downstairs pool and the upstairs rooftop pool are gorgeous! The rooftop bar, pool and hot tub are straight out of Architectural Digest and are top notch. There is a DJ most nights playing really good music. The food in the 3 restaurants is amazing- fresh fish, beef, chicken and vegetables with amazing presentation and so is the room service for that matter. Rooftop sushi is excellent and fresh. If you find yourself in Tijuana please don’t hesitate to stay here at the K Tower or its sister property the Hotel Lucerne (they are adjacent).

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.

Estuve hospedado en este maravilloso Hotel, el personal siempre muy atento durante mi estancia, tienen un área donde puedes adquirir bebidas, snacks y refrigerios a precios bastante convenientes. La habitación con todo lo necesario, el Internet Buenísimo!!! Definitivamente regreso próximamente.
