Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

eventhough we have paid the early check in charges they refused to give us a complimentry breakfast

Location, ambience, room are good. Car parking is too small compared to the number of rooms, number of party halls and the restaurant attached it. No separate space for two wheelers. should collect the vehicle no. And also the contact number of the drivers so as to rearrange the cars which were not properly parked. Suggested this to the reception staff.

We were not given accommodation in the booked hotel. Made us wait for 30 mins. In fact we had confirmed twice of our arrival. Very bad reception

Stayed 1 night booked for 2 rooms. Comfort stay. Staff was very friendly especially yuvanasri. She arranged clean and hygiene room. Thanks lot sri ram grand inn and team.

My check in was delayed for more than a hour. And room was also not clean. Very very bad service. Worst in my life
