Nice hotel but staff service average

The room is big enough for family trip. Furthermore the hotel is located close to the tokushima station, which makes dining convenient

Having a lot of language barrier with the staffs during the stay. The staffs need to have more train English.

Very convenient location, right above the JR station with malls and restaurants nearby. Room is spacious. If you are driving, you can park right next to the hotel and it cost 1,000yen for 24 hours.

The location is really good and room is clean and big, but the facility is quite old. Still recommend to stay with this hotel.

room is spacious and clean; high level floor offers good view of the city. Location is excellant which is just on top of the JR Zrailway station and 1 min waling distance to bus terminal. Overall it is good value for money.

Great location, next to JR station, convenience store and many restaurants around. Spacious room. Amazingly I can put a chair inside the bathroom. The staff is very helpful. Prior to my checkin, I emailed the hotel for booking a table outside the hotel but they replied can only book for us after our checkin. Upon my checkin and without my asking, the front desk staff confirm with me whether I still need a reservation.

I was surprised to see that it was only a Japanese style room since the picture looked like it was half Japanese style and half Western style. Other than that, the location was great,

Excellent location. Tokushima JR station and a shopping mall are connected to the hotel. Shopping mall basement have the food hall and gift shop. Opposite is another shopping mall with mitsukoshi department store. hotel itself is a bit old but maintenance quite good. staffs are nice and helpful. my toilet has a slight water leakage problem but no big impact while staying in.

The Clement Tokushima Hotel has an excellent location right next to the train station. The rooms, though compact, are well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel’s restaurant also serves delicious meals, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The room was great with well placed counter and shelf space to place personal items. Bed was firm but not too firm and we both had a great night's rest!

It is the best location which located next to JR station. The room is large and the breakfast buffet is really good. However, there is not washing machine in this hotel, and if your room is facing the railway, you may suffer some noise from the station around 4am.
