Great location next to the station. I had a twin room which had plenty of space, and a nice view. Comfortable beds and a large bathroom. No complaints

Free parking, big mall nearby, can buy many souvenirs and comestic products, high floor can see the whole city view, very nice, but small room

Hotel is very old but good location. It seems that they decreased some ametinities in room as I could see some rack without item. Staffs are quite professional. Lobby is beautiful.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are polite.

The room was clean and tidy, and the view was absolutely stunning. It was a last-minute decision to stay a night, and we booked on the spot, so it was a pleasant surprise and completely exceeded our expectations. There was no noise, and the water quality was excellent.

The location is excellent, right next to the JR station. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. On the bright side, the room size is relatively spacious for Japan. The Tokushima ramen restaurant nearby always has a long line, and while the taste is decent, it's a bit too salty.

This hotel is quite upscale with an impressive ambiance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Its location is excellent, with the train and bus stations right nearby. There's even a bus stop right outside for easy access to Naruto Park, which was really convenient.

The hotel is right next to Tokushima Station, and the lobby is very grand. The service is excellent, and it offers good value for money. The rooms are clean and tidy. There's a smoking room on the 3rd floor, which is quite convenient. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby.

A fantastic experience. The hotel is super conveniently located right next to the station, just a right turn from the exit. The room was quite spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety. The price was very reasonable.

This hotel is right above the JR station, making its location superb and incredibly convenient for transportation. There are also multiple bus terminals right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and you'll find a wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby.

Having previously stayed at the Clement in Takamatsu, we expected a similar standard, which led us to book two nights at the Tokushima Clement. The price here was significantly more affordable than the Takamatsu branch. Considering the cost, both the breakfast and the room offered excellent value for money. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, whether you're planning to visit the Naruto Whirlpools, explore an art museum, or simply dine out and shop nearby. It's truly hassle-free. Definitely recommended, and the service was excellent as well.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Tokushima Station. Buses for the Nankai Ferry, Naruto Whirlpools, and even highway buses to Osaka all depart directly from the plaza in front of the hotel, which is incredibly convenient for getting around. The rooms themselves are quite spacious. I particularly liked the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas – a big plus! Everything was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Our Japanese-style room featured wooden flooring, which contributed to a clean look. The only minor downside was that the two fabric chairs seemed rather dirty. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Good location - on top of JR station & next to bus terminus. Very convenient.

Inside the Tokushima Station. The room is big. Clean and super accommodating staff. Recommended Hotel for those staying in Tokushima.
