Had a good stay except for the person at the desk gave another guest my room key card while I was in the room sleeping but otherwise I had a good stay

Was a good option without being the most pricy. good location, walking distance to the main shopping malls, some bars. Breakfast was good too. Basic hotel but have a bit like a house feeling.

The stay was enjoyable as always

來非洲快一個月了，沒怎麼鍛鍊。今天才發現酒店有個健身房，雖然腰痠背痛地折騰了半個小時。還是覺得有必要告訴一下大家。肯尼亞的氣候真好，不冷不熱的。鍛鍊完坐在院子裏的沙發上喝瓶水，真的是享受。牆上有非洲特色的金屬裝飾也很耐看。對了，總經理David 是個本地人，基本上每天早上都會在早餐時候跟我打招呼，感覺很好。

酒店服務很不錯，一個很老的酒店。有游泳池 健身房 環境很不錯。 酒店裡的設施有點陳舊，衞生間和淋浴一般，晚上還有蚊子 一般住宿好可以。

不好，浴室沒熱水，空調不能調節温度， 早餐沒啥吃的，三四個。太差了

The hotel is awesome and their services are superb.Will recommend it anytime for people who want to experience the best in Kenya;they have a nice pool,restaurant and a gym.Thei manager ; Mr. David is very friendly and sociable.Make sure link up with him when around

I had a warth and friendly reception, the environment is very clean and I will surely come again next time with my family. My Kenyan people i love you all and see you same place Zehneria hotel some time to come. Zehneria hotel is top class located beside a grand mall sarit center and west gate.

My team and I spent a week at Zehneria for a work retreat, and we had an absolutely great experience. All the staff were very hospitable, friendly and ready to assist with making our stay easier. David (the General Manager) was really helpful in everything and would always ask if we were being taken care of well. We used the conference facilities and were always provided with what we needed to have our team sessions. I was refreshingly surprised by the hotel rooms. They were large, very neat, in tip top condition and overall had all that we needed. I spent some time sitting by the pool to work, and it was calming and quite productive. (picture added) I'd recommend The Zehneria to anyone thinking of a cool and relaxing hotel right in the heart of Westlands Nairobi.

The zehneria hotel is at westlands along 10 Karina road. It has a Swimming pool and gym which are complimentary to the guests who are staying at the hotel. The place is very quiet and serene. The hotel is near westgate. The hotel is near CBD. Thank zehneria hotel for hosting me in your hotel.

The room was really nice with fluffy pillows and comfortable bed. A fully functional air conditioner and refrigerator. Friendly and polite hotel staffs and good food. Has a gym and a swimming pool and it's a 20 minutes drive from the airport.

My first time in Kenya and my hotel experience with The Zehneria Portico, Saovar India was top notch. From their amazing receptionist ( Teresita and Elias) was amazing. Extraordinary hotel service with amazing and lovely staff. The treatment from the staffs were amazing.

Comfortable bed, nice clean room but noisy air conditioning and no cutlery or crockery in the kitchenette. We had to request some and then it was provided. Great to have a separate kitchenette with dining table , breakfast bar and sitting room. The suite felt spacious. The staff are very good and go the extra mile to help. We had our bags dropped off before checkin time and the reception team stored it safely for us until we got back late in the afternoon. They also took delivery of our Carrefour shopping and a gift bag from a family member. Everything was then brought to our room once we checked in. It was highly appreciated and very helpful. Made our arrival into Nairobi very easy.

The rooms are so conducive and the staff customer conscious. I love this hotel because it is very near to Pearson. The hotel has gym, swimming pool, restaurants with delicious food, spa and bar. It has Indian cuisine meal which are very delicious.
