Had a good stay except for the person at the desk gave another guest my room key card while I was in the room sleeping but otherwise I had a good stay

Was a good option without being the most pricy. good location, walking distance to the main shopping malls, some bars. Breakfast was good too. Basic hotel but have a bit like a house feeling.

The stay was enjoyable as always

來非洲快一個月了，沒怎麼鍛鍊。今天才發現酒店有個健身房，雖然腰痠背痛地折騰了半個小時。還是覺得有必要告訴一下大家。肯尼亞的氣候真好，不冷不熱的。鍛鍊完坐在院子裏的沙發上喝瓶水，真的是享受。牆上有非洲特色的金屬裝飾也很耐看。對了，總經理David 是個本地人，基本上每天早上都會在早餐時候跟我打招呼，感覺很好。

酒店服務很不錯，一個很老的酒店。有游泳池 健身房 環境很不錯。 酒店裡的設施有點陳舊，衞生間和淋浴一般，晚上還有蚊子 一般住宿好可以。

不好，浴室沒熱水，空調不能調節温度， 早餐沒啥吃的，三四個。太差了

What a Perfect Spot for Accomodation, Restaurant and even a fitness and Spa center at the Hotel. Top notch Customer service from the General Manager David and the receptionist team! The Ambiance is over the roof; Calmness and the Scenic spaces around. Will be back Again for more visits! We loved it here!!!

wow!! Amazing. We loved our stay here, the hospitality was top-notch. The reception is amazing. The variety of fresh sweet foods during breakfasts, lunch and dinner made our stay sweet. We loved the pool and the gym, kept us fit. Quick services from the team and lovely rooms was effective and efficient. Lovely!

The hotel Zehneria by Sarovar Portico offers very impressive services. The friendliness of the staff makes one feel at home away from home. Right from the entrance gate all the way to reception,you meet friendly staff who welcome you with a smile. The food is yummy served by efficient and smiling waiters especially Shem. The reception employee Maitai is full of energy when serving guests. I like the serenity and it's location. The proximity to shopping malls sarit and Westgate malls is a plus. The GM is fantastic, very welcoming and kind.

I always stay here for my business trips and it is close to every good spot in Nairobi. The gym facilities are also well equiped and free to use for guests. Is also easy to find. I met some really good soccer friends kama Wycliffe who works at the bar.

My visit at zehneria Hotel has been amazing because of customer service. The staff are eloquent and friendly as well. The hotel is near two malls and Mp shah hospital. The hotel offers airport pick up. I would recommend any visitor to check in this hotel. Kind regards, Phigipam Entrepreneurs.

Zenheria portico hotel Nairobi is an excellent hotel located near sarit centre westland and key hospitals like Agakhan university hospital. It is easily accessible with incredible staff with the best customercare. I was checked in a by ms.Nina and upgraded to suite room by Mr.David. The room was extremely clean and the meals were healthy and well done. The enviroment is quite and condusive for relaxation. I highly recommend it for any one visiting Nairobi

The check in process was very swift that to Nina the receptionist on duty. The breakfast was a buffet with different variety. The general manager is such a nice gentleman, very hospitable and kind as well. The hotel offers airport pick. I would recommend person planning to visit Nairobi to check in at Zehneria hotel.
