文華酒店的大門是非常隱蔽難找的，空調哪怕風開到最小也有嗡嗡聲，洗手間沒有任何 遮擋，衹能站在浴缸裏面沖涼，水會噴到浴缸外麪，馬桶是沒有蓋子的，刷牙洗臉的人是可以看到坐在馬桶上的人。早餐的時候哪怕有很多空位，也要耐心等待服務員，慢慢地安排，動作太慢。優點：西餅食物不錯，房間乾淨，景色優美，總的來說不值。早上6-9:00的37樓spa是免費的，酒店附近的街道櫻花爛漫非常美麗。，附近的三越和其他商場逛起來也很方便。早餐選擇沒有想象中的那麼豐富，不過也夠了。

This is the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband and I just spent three weeks in Japan for our honeymoon, and we spent our first two nights in Japan at the wonderful Hoshinoya in Tokyo. It was an experience that was unmatched in the rest of Japan! The amount of thoughtfulness and care that goes into every detail is astounding. The rooms are VERY comfortable and gorgeous, and I really enjoyed the shared communal space on our floor to make coffee and get a treat or snack. The onsen is OUT OF THIS WORLD ridiculous, with an open air skylight. AND, the food is delicious and made with all of the detail and flavor you would expect out of Japanese food. We got the Japanese breakfast in our room both days, and splurged on dinner at the restaurant hotel, which was one of the best meals we have ever had. 15/10 recommend this hotel if you can afford it - we would have happily stayed here for our entire trip!

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Truly love my stay at this hotel! This hotel located next to the train station and we could travel to other places so easily! The staffs are all very polite! But the self check in machine was kinda hard to use as after spending 10 minutes on the machine, it said the check in could be processed… And then a staff came out and manually check us in with just a minute! Why do they even bother to use the self check in machine when the staff could manually check guest in so quickly…

1. The location is Excellent! --＞ Just next to Train station once you come out from Akihabara JR Station. 2. Room are Tidy Up but the Toilet not really well keep but still acceptable for me. 3. Bed is big enough for 2 Adult and 2 Kids (10 & 11 year Old). 4. I like the Mini Massage Chair it is so good as after shop for whole day then can take massage inside de room. 5. All Machine Check-in and Check-out but they still have staff help you in the front desk. 6. By walking distance you can reach Ueon! 7. No laundry service it is the most issue for me. Another this your may need to take note with it is the hotel entrance not really very see very clear it is just next to the coffee store.

From JR akihabara station, the closest way to reach here is by a bridge. It has stairs with a slope designated for bicycles, which is little bit narrow if you have a moderate size suitcase. Besides this it's pretty good especially if you score a deal.

Pertama sekali, lokasinya berpatutan dan terdapat pelbagai kedai berdekatan dan sangat meriah. Hari sabtu, jadi meriah hingga pagi walaupun bencana korona. Itu adalah gambaran hotel yang sudah lama dibina, tetapi agak baru dan cantik. Ia adalah bilik berkembar, tetapi tab mandi juga merupakan unit mandi, yang lebih besar daripada yang saya harapkan. Walaupun saya mempunyai badan yang besar, dua orang boleh masuk. Kesannya adalah bahawa kemudahan minimum untuk hotel kelas ini. Kekerasan katil tepat. ELV memerlukan kad, tetapi anda boleh naik dari tingkat 1 tanpa melalui kaunter penerimaan tetamu di tingkat 3, jadi nampaknya lebih serba boleh. Penyiaran berbayar dan sarapan berharga sekitar 1000 yen setiap satu. Terdapat rancangan yang merangkumi sarapan, tetapi Denny dll ada di tingkat 2, dan nampaknya ia boleh digunakan dari jam 06:30. I stayed at the hotel Juraku for a week during a business trip. It is a business hotel. I picked a double room. Still, it was very small by western standards. It was hard to find a place for one suitcase. Nevertheless, I found it clean, quiet and comfortable. The mattress was very firm by American standards. But I did not have any problems sleeping. The bathroom was tiny, but it had a nice bathtub and good water pressure. Wifi and wired internet worked pretty well. The restaurant was open only for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a lot of things to choose from. There were few western items, but everything was tasty. No English signs, so I had to use Google Translate app. Hotel staff was very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are sensitive to the smell of tobacco smoke. Even though I stayed on a non smoking floor, it still smelled like cigarettes in the elevator and in the hallways. In general, I was satisfied with this hotel. I would stay there again if I were traveling to Tokyo by myself. But I would probably look for a larger room if I travelled with someone else.

出張で3泊の利用。JR秋葉原駅から徒歩7－8分の立地。駅前と異なり飲食店やコンビニがないので必要なものは駅前で事前調達が必要。隠れ家的なエントランスを入って2Ｆフロントへ。女性スタッフがにこやかにテキパキと対応してくれて気分は良好。部屋の窓は秋葉原駅方面に向いていて眼下には川が流れている。都内では窓も開けられないビジネスホテルが多い中で多少の風情が感じられた。部屋は清潔ですべてが効率的に配置されているが仕事をするための環境がなかったのにはまいった。仕方なく小さな丸テーブルにPCを置きスーツケース用スタンドに置いたスーツケースをマウス台にして作業したが、これは何とかしてほしいものだ。居室としての部屋はベッドもバスタブも広いし、ライト類のスイッチは集約されているし、浴室の鏡も防曇対策が講じられているし本当によくできているだけに、仕事場としての機能が劣っていたのは残念。強いてもう一つ言うと、もう少し部屋の明かりが欲しかった。 食事は多くの副食があって食べるのに悩むことは無かったが、適切な量が確保されていて味もよかった。何よりサラダの葉物が大きくシャキシャキしていたのは嬉しかった。隠れたところではヨーグルト用のゼリー状のハチミツは初めての体験でとてもおいしかった。 アメニティーは必要なものを持っていくスタイル。連泊時の清掃も選択式とSDG'Sを実践しているホテルだった。今月末にもう一度利用しようと思っている。

一家四口七歲和14歲女兒，入住雙人床兩張，三日兩夜，空間尚算可以，整潔乾淨。 可以浸溫泉，超級relax，不同時間有拉麵有雪條有益力多。 可以行李寄存，入住的時候已經將行李送上房間，貼身服務。 酒店對面一間二十四小時營業的豬扒飯和鰻魚店，抵食。JR站附近亦有好多間食肆。光顧了神戶迴轉壽司，價錢中間，好味 樓下有7–11便利店。 只是沒有大型百貨公司，要出上野。 樓下最近有地鐵站，有JR站行6分鐘，銀座線去哪裏都方便。 近神田地鐵站6號出口，有局部性電梯，近地面有，近地下鐵冇。 還有六號出口，晚上九時會關閉。 帶行李，建議用2號出口，先出地面，雖然離地鐵站比較遠，但是不用搬行李上落。 女兒強烈喜歡這間酒店，希望下次再安排入住。 有不少日本人入住。

Good value hotel in a convenient location - only a 5 min walk from Akihabara JR station! As the name suggests, the hotel is quite literally under a railway - some of the lighter sleepers in our friend group had some trouble sleeping as a result - but the hotel provides plenty of amenities like earplugs, slippers, etc. to help guests feel comfortable. All-in-all, a fine stay and would definitely recommend, especially for groups!

I had an extended stay in Tokyo and chose the Super Hotel Premier Akihabara mainly due to its proximity to a major transit hub (Akihabara) and its natural hot spring. On the overall I was not disappointed with my choice. Firstly, the access to transit is really convenient. From the hotel if you take the bridge over on the E side of the hotel, you end up on the Showa-Dori exit of Akihabara Station and next to the Chuo Line which takes you to either Chiba or to Shinjuku (transfer at Ochanomizu if you want a quicker ride). If you take the pedestrian bridge on the W side right next to the tracks on the bridge, that gets you to the central entrance where you can easily access the Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku Lines. And if you prefer the subway, the Hibiya and Toei Shinjuku lines are within blocks of the hotel, though I took more of the latter than the former. If there is one gripe about the hotel which has been mentioned, it's that there is just 1 elevator for 13 floors. So sometimes you'll have to wait a bit. Check in was fairly easy, though not all staff is fluent in English (though my Japanese was generally sufficient). Nevertheless all the staff was extremely helpful and accommodated all my requests (including several packages that had to be delivered to the hotel). Also take advantage of the pillows available. The pillows in the room may not be to your liking (though I didn't mind it at all, but still got a second pillow). I got a deluxe room and to be honest if the room I got was the deluxe room I do wonder what the regular room size is like because it was still a bit small. Not overly small by Japan hotel standards, but smaller than what I would have though a deluxe room would have been. Nevertheless I had a bench seat plus the desk as advertised, though I used it more for storing things since I was there for over a month. There is wired internet access but the Wi-Fi was more than sufficient. There are more than enough outlets available for all my chargers, laptops and my CPAP machine. TV was fine, no abilities for PPV to watch sports and the like which was a bit disappointing, but by no means a deal-breaker. From the main screen you can also access YouTube as well as Abema (a Japanese online TV service) so you're not in need of entertainment really. Couldn't get the screen sharing to work which probably was the biggest shame. The bathrooms are standard Japanese size - small. For someone of my stature (6'1”) the shower/tub was cramped and I almost on a daily basis banged my elbow against the wall (sorry neighbor). I'm used to it by now in Japan so it wasn't that big of a deal in the end. They do have a welcome bar each night from 6-10 PM which has coffee, soda, and alcohol though you do have to mix your own drink and since I don't really drink it made it fairly useless. They do have instructions, but again since I'm not a drinker it didn't make much sense to me and it wasn't really that important. The main reason why I chose this hot

Panda themed hotel in a very convenient location in Ueno. It is just a few minutes away by foot to the subway lines, and it is a great place as your final hotel in Japan since the Keisei Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita) is nearby as well. Check-in was easy using a self-service kiosk with the guidance of staff. We were also given a panda themed tote bag which contained stickers and two file folders. In the hallway leading to the hotel rooms there were also edits of famous art pieces with pandas, and in the room, panda sheets, cushions and a huge plush. The hotel was refurbished just a few months back so everything was spotless. Would stay here again.
