Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The staff from concierge, to Saryoh club lounge, restaurants and the Spa were amazing. We stayed here for a 15 year anniversary and the staff ensured we celebrated and enjoyed all moments. Shout out to the Tepanyaki chef from Hokkaido who has been with The Capitol Tokyu for over 15 years, from preparing a remarkable and unforgettable meal. The hotel and its staff really make their residents feel extra special. Well done

My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights at The Kitano and overall we really enjoyed our stay. A few pros, the room was clean and larger than expected. The hotel only had 4 floors so it gave a boutique feeling in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (but felt like they could have helped a bit more when trying to find dinner, which was a bit difficult for us). Worth mentioning, the location was a little far from the sights and not on the JR loop so we had to take the regular subway which took a little extra planing and time. The general area didn’t have many good restaurants so plan ahead. Even though we enjoyed our stay but as tourists we would probably select a different location next time.

找到這家酒店也算是紅薯的功勞吧。說實話我很討厭網紅酒店，而紅薯上八成都是。但是這家真的沒讓我失望。 首先，位置極佳。在東京無論你選擇新宿澀谷還是銀座，都不是做為中心的區域。銀座在東新宿在西，這兩者之間互相交通可能就要半小時。然而，這個神奇的紀尾町，就在皇居的西邊一點點，算是整個東京都的正中心左右，而且不完全統計應該有四到五條地鐵線通過，距離兩個地鐵站都是很近的，所以，從這裏無論去哪兒，幾乎都可以在不換乘的情況下20分鐘搞定。至少可以直達銀座，六本木，原宿，澀谷，新宿，上野，淺草。甚至像中目黑，神樂坂，飯田橋這類的地方也都毫無壓力。 其次，這個地方真的安靜美好。你去過夜晚的新宿和澀谷就知道了。不管是周一還是周六，那叫一個人多… 真的是看着頭疼。這地方早上起來就可以步行到旁邊的皇居，你會看到周末東京幾乎所有的馬拉松跑者都在繞着皇居跑圈，這個景象叫一個壯觀。有點像上海世紀公園但是絕對是高配版，皇居一圈也差不多5K，但是這一圈的景色真的美極了。你可以途經千鳥淵，皇居東御苑，皇居外苑，日比谷公園。幾乎個個是櫻花季的賞櫻聖地。真的羡慕東京的跑者，周末早上皇居一圈除了跑步的幾乎沒有什麼車和吵鬧的人，這景象讓人心生喜悅。 第三，神奇的是，距離酒店一河之隔的赤坂，是東京美食圈的激戰之地，夜晚很熱鬧，好吃的地方實在太多，而且絕對不像澀谷那種幾乎除了松屋你找不到不排隊的飯店。這裏還是有walk in 能吃到一頓不錯晚飯的可能性的，至少工作日有機會。所以吃飯也不是問題。 第四，酒店本身：checkin在36層，酒店從30-36層。35有個酒吧夜晚就可以看到窗外東京塔。房間都是落地窗，風景都很好，酒店看不到東京塔… 比如我住的房間，是衝著西邊的。夜晚的夜景也很美。而且早上起來，天氣很好的時候，運氣不錯的話可以看到富士山白色的雪頂。一點點。但是簡直就是一個巨大的驚喜。見圖片。 第五早餐大家都提了，很好吃。當然我覺得日本酒店早餐都是不錯的，我住的這幾家有幾百一晚的，也有幾千一晚的，早餐我都很滿意。 第六 - 房間設施。我覺得無可挑剔。淋浴房和床一直是我比較關心的。首先淋浴間的門向裏推開，這就已經95分了。我很少見到這麼寬敞的淋浴間。雖然我不在乎備品的牌子。但是Byredo的Chemin味道還是讓我喜歡，現在所有酒店都是白茶白苔路線，太無聊了。床就不用說了，大到誇張… 2.2m吧應該有。兩個大人加一個1.2米以內的孩子一起睡毫無壓力。我自己一個人每晚衹能睡大概1/4的地方。而且落地窗下麪也有一個飄窗上麪可以睡個人… 如果孩子太大睡象不好，可以讓她去那裡睡？不知道酒店加被子要不要收錢。還有哦很多房間的細節就不一一展開了。房間也很大。我覺得，這個酒店，在櫻花季3000多的價格絕對是值得的。東京18平酒店櫻花季都要1000多了。

Absolutely top-notch service although the hotel is a bit old but they maintain the whole environment as if you were arriving at a brand new opening hotel in 70s. Almost as if you were walking through the history of time where the service is still at its excellency. It’s amazing! Those elderly women who work as janitor is also super professional. It seems like they work there since the hotel opening. Super nice Buffett and a great ambience of miniature garden in the center of hotel hallway. It’s merely a great experience staying here!

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

My recent stay at Centurion Hotel in Akasaka was overall quite enjoyable. The hotel offered excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. However, the only downside was the absence of a full-length mirror in the room. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The room was tastefully decorated and provided a cozy atmosphere, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Is a bit noisy because is near the street. While the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, the lack of a full-length mirror was a minor inconvenience. Having one would have made it more convenient to check outfits and appearances before heading out. Despite this small drawback, I would still recommend Centurion Hotel to fellow travelers. It's a great choice for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Stayed at Akasaka Suite room with 2 adults and 4 kids. Clearly was one of the few choices in Tokyo to accommodate our family in one room. The room size was very spacious, with a nice automated bathtub, laundry machine and kitchenette. The cleaning staff is amazing and front desk is courteous. The location is close to the subway. No breakfast facility and very few options nearby. Just note that Akasaka area at night is not very family friendly in that it’s an after working drinking area with many “red light” recruiters on the street.

Hôtel coté 3* mais au delà des 3* nord-américain. Chambre de grandeur correct pour Tokyo et grande salle de bain. Bureau de travail, chaise de repos avec masseur pour les jambes très agréables après une longue journée de marche dans Tokyo. Chambre très propre, ménage fait tous les jours impeccable. Robe de nuit fourni super confortable et plusieurs produits de toilette offert dans la chambre. Personnel réception parle un peu anglais pour facilité les demandes d'informations. Petit déjeuner de base mais qui permet de se mettre quelque chose sous la dent le matin. Café, jus, eau à volonté en tout temps. Hôtel est proche de 2 stations de métros qui dessert tous les quartiers en ligne direct ou presque tous. Le quartier est intéressant le soir, beaucoup de restos et agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à Tokyo pour avoir un quartier bien situé agréable avec chambre très bien rapport qualité prix.

Hotel has a pretty good location, walking distance to train stations, plenty of restaurants around, next to a Seven Eleven which is pretty handy for snacks at night. Breakfast was descent although no option of soy or almond milk. Easy check in with a machine and robots which was fun, check out at 11 is good as well. I would stay there again but I would get a room with two beds because there’s not enough if you have more than one baggage.

It’s a new hotel largely meant for business travellers but it works excellently for tourists too. The staff were very well trained and did everything they could to help make our stay comfortable and the place was spotless. Location was great, Akasaka is a nice part of Tokyo, we were three minutes walk from bustling bars and restaurants, one of which served great food at OK prices, we were near three Metro stations and we could walk to the imperial palace from the hotel. Breakfast was quite expensive but worth it. It was heavily Japanese with some leanings to the westerners but we loved the flavours and textures of the Japanese offerings, breakfast here was a great start to the day. An interesting element was the direct connection to a convenience store from the ground level of the hotel and having an Irish pub next door was a plus. It’s a good place to stay if Akasaka is where you want to be.

スタッフの方々のホスピタリティが秀逸でした。ワンフロアに4部屋ずつほどの、とても小さなホテルで、フロントはいつもワンオペだと思われますが、4人の方々に出会いながら皆、笑顔が作り笑いではない素敵な人が多かった。 部屋は新しい。こじんまりで寝るだけの用途に一人で過ごすのに問題ない。個別エアコンがよくきき寝心地もよい。 ただ、バスルームの天井が低く、頭を洗う際はバスタブに座り込んでシャンプーする必要があった。170cm以下の人は不便ないと思う。 隣にスーパーあり。徒歩3分ほど、溜池山王駅の11番出口にローソンあり。飲食店は、韓国料理屋が多い。

Stayed for four nights in a double room ( remember to check ...There are rooms for females only as well, by mistake had booked one for our trip and the staff was kind enough to change it for a couple stay). Room is small with a window overlooking the street outside, 7/11 just beneath, duty free donki store just a short walk. 10mins walk from the metro station, another nearby metro station as well but that is another line. We used both during our Tokyo trip. Neighborhood is extremely lively...Great many bars ( they have seating charge), a pizza place next door just ask the reception for the restaurant suggestions, we had the best sushi, Kobe beef etc . But our best find is an Indian restaurant closely called Swagat just about 15-20min walk for the cheapest, heartiest and flavoursome Indian set lunch. Best thing about the hotel is their onsen(separate timing for women and men) must experience it. Loved our stay.

ちょっと雰囲気が奇妙ですが、悪くない。 サウナ利用券がついてますが、エレベーターに乗った時点でそれっぽい塩素臭が強かったのと、コロナ禍であることから利用せず。 内装は、VIP気取りなイメージがむしろ安価に見える部分が有りますが、悪いこともないです。 清潔だし、広さも近隣のアパと比較すれば十分です。赤坂見附の駅から近いしコンビニもセブン、ファミマ、ナチュラルローソン、デイリーなど選択肢があるし、コロナ禍て飲食店探せば24時間あるし便利です。
