Hotel berhampiran Higashi-matsubara Railway Station, Tokyo

Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly (and they all spoke English) and it really made our trip to Tokyo so much sweeter and enjoyable. It was very refreshing compared to the other hotel we stayed at. We were treated very much like VIPs all throughout our stay. Special mention to Yui, Fred and Alexis who helped us with everything from finding stores, spas, restaurants, transportation arrangements, etc. And was super enjoyable to talk to. They even have great extras like free gourmet coffee, free happy hour drinks, and free morning post hangover shots. Lol! I really like the set up of the room. Its a well thought out layout. It’s spacious and the bathroom layout is separated like a suite - like shower and separate room for the WC. So one doesn’t have to wait for the other and both can use with privacy at the same time. And I can open all the lights on this part of the room early morning and do my make up without bothering my room mate. And black out blinds are really black out. Beds really comfortable. Well done. Definitely recommend and come back again.

其實就是一個普通的公寓，配置了一些必備的設施。如果單純從居住角度上説，樓下就是表參道，確實非常便利。 找這裏，首先要找到隔壁的星巴克，然後左手邊永遠有個女孩子們排隊的小店，從這裏大樓自動門進去，走到後面的電梯就是了。 房間比較乾淨，有個小哥負責接收，台灣人，説話很温柔，輕聲細語挺好。 房間有毛巾，有兩個卧室，有廚房，適合家庭旅遊，主要是樓下太方便了，什麼都有。

Kemudahan: Sangat bersih tidak terasa terlalu kecil Tokyo Blizzard akhirnya berjaya menempah hotel di Shinjuku dengan harga kurang daripada 1,000, jadi jangan meminta terlalu banyak. Penghawa dingin tidak begitu baik untuk menggunakannya. Ia tidak panas selepas dihidupkan sepanjang malam. Terdapat lif terus di tingkat satu dan anda boleh pergi ke meja depan di tingkat tiga untuk mendaftar masuk. Perkhidmatan: Meja penyambut tetamu sangat mesra dan menyimpan bagasi secara percuma. Daftar sebagai ahli dan anda boleh menangguhkan daftar keluar selama satu jam hingga 12:00 secara percuma. Kebersihan: Sangat bersih dan semuanya tersedia.

If you're looking for an affordable and good-quality place to stay, I highly recommend this hostel. Although it's a hostel, it offers a surprisingly high level of privacy and ample space, so you won't feel cramped. I arrived before the check-in time and the staff kindly allowed me to leave my luggage. Finding the place wasn't difficult, but it's a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station. If you have heavy luggage, it might be tiring, but there are underground walkways and elevators available, so it's not too inconvenient. I stayed here for 5 nights in a 6-bed female dorm. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit a 28” suitcase, and the beds were quite large. As a larger person, I found them very comfortable and didn't feel cramped at all (I slept on the bottom bunk). The bathrooms were clean and had both showers and bathtubs. Liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers were provided, so you don't need to pack them. If you don't want to bring your own towel, you can rent one from the hostel. The kitchen is quite small but has a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. There weren't many dishes available, but I think you could ask the staff if you need more. The laundry room has two coin-operated washing machines and two coin-operated dryers. I used them late at night, so I didn't have to wait in line. If you don't have any coins, you can exchange with the staff. The common areas on each floor have plenty of seating for guests. There are also multiple power outlets available if you need to charge your devices. There are Lawson and 7-11 convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. Cons (personal opinion): - Unfortunately, on one of the nights I stayed, the fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night. I think there was only one staff member on duty that night. The guests and I tried to find the cause of the alarm but couldn't find anything. When I asked the staff, he didn't know either. It might have been a malfunction of the system. Luckily, there wasn't actually a fire. - If you're sleeping on the bottom bunk, even if the top bunk has curtains, the light still reflects off the wall, which can be disruptive to your sleep.

As usual, we had a good stay here. The hotel is well positioned and well staffed. Check in and check out are quick and questions are answered promptly. All staff have a good understanding of English and are able to help. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the provisions in the room are great - apart from not offering a coffee! Fortunately, the 7-eleven downstairs is able to provide this easily.  Rooms are small and one of you, if staying as a couple, will be positioned against the wall which is the reason for not giving a 5 on the rooms.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was very nice. However, to use the swimming pool, I was given a locker key to change into a swimsuit, but there was a charge(room charge.) I was embarrassed because there was no explanation in advance that a fee would be charged. I hope to be informed enough in the future.

Newly built so everything very tidy with many amenities and appliances, just no toothbrush and toothpaste provided which is little inconvenient. No housekeeping service before checkout, and need to bring all the rubbish to 1/F by yourself. Comfy bed. We equipped air conditioning and bath system. Just like a modern home of a Japanese. 10 mins walk from Osaki station which is still ok as the direction is easy.

Good hotel, nearby is Mejiro station which is in Yamanote loop. The room size is standard but ok. The services is great, i ask permision to put mu luggage there for 4 days because i have to go to Osaka and come back again to Tokyo, and they allowed it without and charge. Nearby also some covenient store like Natural Lawson and 711.
