Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Room is spacious and comfortable for our stay. 2nd bed was prepared in advance for both rooms. Amenities were good and room was clean. Station is about 10mins walk away and surrounding shops were great to browse in. Definitely a lot quieter area but location is perfect for team labs and Haneda airport

Really friendly and clean hotel. Location is a bit off from main Tokyo station, but have shuttle running every 20 minutes. Would have been perfect if shuttle lasts a bit longer, as I felt that last shuttle is a bit early.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a rooftop onsen, at a great price. The room was small, so bring trunk-style luggages instead of those that open flat if possible. I could fit my trunk luggage easily into the nook below the tv. The semi-double bed is also smaller than your regular queen sized ones. While the location is great, it is a long walk from the main Shinjuku JR station, and the distance was truly felt when my feet was in pain and full of blisters from the second day on. The entire hotel was also very dusty for some reason, and it made my partner’s sinus infection act up badly. So I would recommend staying elsewhere if you’re sensitive towards dust. The onsen on the other hand, was great. Didn’t think I’d use it often but I ended up going every night. The onsen water smelled like chlorine most of the time, so don’t expect natural spring water. PS: Men’s onsen is equipped with Dyson hairdryers, but they’re not as strong as the one at home! Women’s one has a different hairdryer, but stronger and nicer than the one in the room. Staff were polite and helpful!

Saya selalu menggunakan Hotel Almont ketika saya melakukan perjalanan, tetapi ini adalah kali pertama saya di Nippori, tetapi kerana ini adalah pembukaan yang besar, ada perasaan bersih, dan terdapat tempat mandi yang besar, jadi saya dapat menghabiskan masa yang santai. Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.

Location: Near to Shinagawa Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Service: We reached the hotel around 1pm, although the check in time is 3pm, the reception staff willing to help us to check in earlier without our request which surprise us. Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.
