Great location, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the metro station. Navigating the Tokyo Metro is super easy, and I used Google Maps, which provides step-by-step directions. It’s an efficient and affordable way to get around Tokyo—much faster and cheaper than a taxi. Don’t be afraid to use the subway; you won’t get lost, and you can always ask for help. Almost everyone speaks English. The hotel is nice and clean, with a friendly and helpful lobby staff. Everyone speaks English. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking—you won’t be disappointed. One minor downside of this hotel is the airport shuttle. The intervals between pickups from Haneda Airport are over an hour, so I opted for Uber, which cost me about 4300 yen—cheaper than an airport taxi and more comfortable. MYSTAYS also provides an airport drop-off service, but only until 11:50 AM. Other than that, everything was great. Whenever I travel to China via Tokyo, I stay at MYSTAYS. Both MYSTAYS Narita and MYSTAYS Omori are excellent hotels. Attention MYSTAYS staff: Please consider adding a couple of complimentary water bottles to the rooms.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

We got recommended this hotel by numerous people and it had great reviews online but we did find it a bit overhyped and our least favourite hotel during our time in Japan. The room was a bit scuffed up and could have done with a bit of a freshen up in terms of decoration. That being said it was clean and fine for our stay. The staff were very friendly but didn’t really do much as you had to self check in and check out and I was not told I needed a special card to enter the women’s onsen. The hotel was a bit too busy as well and meant you had to wait a long time to get into the very slow lifts. The location was good though and in a very lively area. I think this hotel would be better suited to friends travelling together rather than a couple.

Close to train station, walkable, Check-in with computers which was easy enough to operate, the dinosaur & the doll in the picture would not help you. Room size was reasonable for this price and the shower was huge.

Very good and convenient venue, nice and helpful staff, the room is big and I can open all of my luggage in the room😂. My family and I really enjoy the time when we stay at this hotel.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat mudah, sangat dekat dengan Stesen Shinjuku, terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah berdekatan, dan terdapat restoran Cina bertentangan dengan hotel, walaupun rasanya biasa saja. 2. Air pancuran mandian sangat besar dan tempat mandinya sangat selesa. Kopi segera pun sedap. 3. Bufet sarapan pagi yang dibeli secara berasingan berharga 2750 yen seorang, dengan pelbagai pilihan dan rasa yang enak. kekurangan: 1. Bilik terlalu kecil, tetapi hotel Jepun biasanya kecil, jadi ini bukan masalah besar. 2. Saya tidak tahu mengapa, tetapi penghawa dingin mempunyai bau yang sangat tidak menyenangkan saya mematikannya serta-merta selepas menghidupkannya selama beberapa minit. Mujurlah bilik itu tidak tersumbat atau sejuk walaupun tidak menghidupkan penghawa dingin. 3. Apabila tetamu pergi mengambil makanan mereka, kakitangan bufet sarapan pagi mengemas meja dan menu tetamu sementara menu masih ada di tepi tempat mereka makan. Perkhidmatan perlu diperbaiki.

A bit outside of Shinbuku but still very good connections. Has own Hilton Bus to Shinbuku station, which is really useful. Fitness, Sauna, small Onsen and pool were very nice, not very new renovation but we liked it a lot. Executive Lounge was a bit disappointing, because nothing really special and every day more or less the same. We missed some good Sushi or longer opening times. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

The location is superb, right by Takadanobaba station which puts you on the Yamamote and subway lines, two stops from Shinjuku. Tons of places to get food nearby (including BK and KFC for the unadventurous) a grocery store and good old Don Quixote next door. The hotel is very modern. Rooms spartan but well equipped with sockets, a desk, fridge and a smart TV. The room price was incredible (not sure if that’s because of the lack of foreigners). I really recommend this hotel as a value for money place to stay in Tokyo.
