Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Katsushika-ku, Seta 5-chome, with a land area of 140 square meters and a building area of 129 square meters. The rental area is 66 square meters. You will share the entrance with the owner, but everything else is completely separated. You will have your own independent space while being able to communicate with the owner at any time.

Our property features a traditional Japanese tatami layout with bed mattresses in both of the two bedrooms, providing ample space for families with children. The rooms also have a front and back yard, with the back yard exclusively reserved for guests to smoke, exercise, and more. We can provide entertainment equipment such as mahjong and board games. The rooms come equipped with all the daily necessities you need, including a television, refrigerator, cooking utensils, seasoning, hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, skin care products, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, iron, nail clippers, coffee, and tea.

The nearby Koiwa Station is convenient for shopping, with many shopping streets, including Matsumoto Kiyoshi tax-free drugstore, shopping supermarkets, and stores like Daiso and Don Quijote, where you can find cosmetics and daily necessities. There are also many restaurants.
