The location is good but the room is so small that you can barely open a luggage. The hotel has no facilities at all. Good if you stay for one night without any large luggage.

Great location and just mins from shopping street. They have connecting room and perfect for out family of four . Room is small but I think it’s like most city hotel here. Friendly and good front desk staff. Breakfast is Japanese style, like small dishes style. But I hope there d be some simple western option like eggs & toast . Best of all I think the rate is reasonable given its holiday seasons. Id stay here again .

Love the location, minutes away from ginza 6. Room is small but has everything you need. The room is also cleverly designed and measured to offer a separate living space / toilet area in 14m2. You can’t open 2 big luggage at once but that’s not really a problem for us. You able to cast your phone on their tv. I will stay again.

Very convenient location - probably that is why it is well reviewed. Bathroom comes with small bathtub and amenities can be collected from the lobby area. Nice restaurant attached to hotel as well. Minor cons are that the room was VERY small - tinier than what I expected for the price. Another con is that the checkout is 10 am which is a bit rushed. Could have kept it 11 am or 12 noon

Hotel is located right in the middle of the Ginza area. There’s convenient stores right outside the hotel, and many shops and restaurants within just a 5 minute walk. Ginza metro station with direct links to rest of Tokyo is just a 10 minute walk away. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, although small - but manageable even for couples. The daily room make up service is a little lacking, and you need to collect room amenities from reception which is a little inconvenient.

Hotel breakfast is good but room is extremely small. A very simple hotel with good location and near Haneda airport. Generally recommend.

Amaze with the stay, convenient location near with many different transportation, alot food, shopping places near by.. The room very new, clean & well design, given the spacious feeling.

The staff is very friendly and polite. Location is great and is closed to metro station. Very clean hotel room. Will be back when traveling to Tokyo.

Enjoyed this location near the Ginza, Tsukiji and Hamarikyu Gardens. Rooms were no-frills simple but comfortable. It could be the smallish spaces... like the reception and lift areas, and dining room... but people-traffic seemed a tad heavy and there was always some hurrying to make way for new diners or arriving guests etc. There's a lingering brusqueness in the way things are managed, which I didn't feel in any of the other 5 hotels we stayed at this trip. Breakfast was nice, but a bit rushed, because there wasn't enough room to accommodate all the guests waiting at the door.

All are ok. As the pillow is really flat to our liking, we requested for additional pillows which they checked that are available but need to go down to self collect.

Super impressed with the design and arrangement of the room. Make the room feels much bigger than the size. Will definitely come back again.

The Hotel is Ideally located, the breakfast is always delicious. Love the daily fresh pyjamas. If you wish to stay near the center in a clean and well organised place Musee is ideal. Love to go from there to Imperial palace for my morning run.
