It's a relatively inexpensive hotel, but the room itself was perfectly fine. I'd recommend it if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

The location was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. They provided all the basic amenities, so I didn't lack for anything.

It's conveniently located near the station, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, making it very convenient.

As it's an older hotel, it was nothing special.

It's an very old hotel, not comfortable. Especially no elevator, if you are carrying big luggage, don't recommended to stay here. But the staffs at the reception are very helpful and friendly.

When checking out, the housekeeping staff left all the towels in the common hallway, which felt uncomfortable. The location is conveniently close to the subway station, which is an advantage. There's also a pretty good udon noodle shop nearby, and a convenience store. However, the space is very small, and getting from the first floor to the elevator involves going up or down many stairs, which is very inconvenient for travelers with luggage, as they have to carry it themselves. This is quite frustrating. The bathroom is very cramped. While the front desk staff are very friendly, their English is poor, and their rules are very strict. Even if your check-in time is almost dawn, they won't extend your check-out time by even a little bit, and the check-out time is very early, at 10 AM.

The room was tiny; once a suitcase was open, there was no room to move. The duvet cover was a bit disappointing 😓

It's reasonable for the price, so I'm happy with the level. I was bothered by the smell in the unit bath. There was no outlet for the hair dryer near the sink, so I used the full-length mirror in the room instead.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but if you're just going to sleep, there's no problem. It's close to the station, so you won't have any trouble finding places to eat and shop. I made a reservation on my way back from Haneda Airport. It was conveniently located right next to Gotanda Station. The facilities were a little old, but they had cleansing and facial washes, and if you registered on LINE you got a free bottle of water, so I was grateful for the amenities. I checked in late at night, and the staff were very friendly. The elevator always stops at the front desk, so security was good.

The location is perfect. However, the hotel itself has a Showa-era feel... which can't be helped, but the rooms are also generally old. In terms of value for money, it's just okay.
