It's an very old hotel, not comfortable. Especially no elevator, if you are carrying big luggage, don't recommended to stay here. But the staffs at the reception are very helpful and friendly.

The room itself was nice and clean, probably because it had been renovated, but the bathroom was old and a bit dirty.

First of all, this is actually a two-star hotel. If that's the case, I hope the overall environment and decoration can be adjusted accordingly. The most unacceptable thing is that there are bloodstains on the blanket of the mattress, bloodstains... After pointing it out, a Southeast Asian waiter was very angry and said confidently that it was just like that, blabla, and there was a sheet on top, so what did it matter 🤮 It's unbelievable that such words came from a hotel service staff. I said I couldn't sleep on such a bed, and she pulled the blanket away fiercely, "Then you don't sleep well"... Then the whole blanket was pulled out, covered with all kinds of unspeakable stains... The bathroom door was also covered with inexplicable dark marks, and I was too lazy to argue... I'm not a very picky person and have never given a bad review to a hotel. I just want to remind the Chinese people. I can speak Japanese, and other compatriots who can't speak Japanese have a worse experience in a foreign country. As a platform, Ctrip clearly sells a two-star hotel with a three-star rating to domestic consumers who don't know the truth. Does it also need to give an explanation and betray the trust of Chinese tourists who have poor information.

The facilities are old, but the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended for those who need vision or who prioritize accessibility.

It's close to Gotanda Station, so it's easy to get around. You can also walk to Osaki Station, so you don't have to transfer and can use other lines. The facilities were average, for better or worse. I think it would be quite satisfying to stay here on a business trip.

The amenities did not include lotion (lotion and facial cleanser), body sponge, coffee (green tea was available), etc., so if you need them, I recommend bringing them with you. I'm not sure if it depends on the room, but there was no microwave, so if you go to a convenience store, I recommend heating up some food and taking it with you. There was a refrigerator, TV, and electric kettle.

It is very convenient as it is close to the station and there are convenience stores and shops in the neighborhood. There is also a shop on the lower floor of the same building, so it is an easy-to-use hotel even for long-term stays.

It seems that there were some rooms where smoking was allowed until a few months before my stay, so the smell of cigarettes had not been completely removed and there was a slight cigarette smell. However, it was not too noticeable, and the room was clean and the access was good, so it was a relief ☘️

There were live bugs in the bed and it was very unhygienic. It was a rainy day so the stairs at the hotel entrance were slippery and dangerous.

It was close to Gotanda Station, and there were many restaurants and snack bars on the first and second floors, so it was a location that you would never get bored in. The Meguro River is right in front of the hotel, so the atmosphere is nice.

It's clean and friendly. Even if you don't know Korean, they try to teach you well. I think I should come here next time I go to Tokyo.

It's a normal hotel, but the smell of nicotine still lingers, probably because they forced a non-smoking floor. The carpet leading to the room was also quite frayed, which is unavoidable given the building's age.

This was my first time staying here. It's a little old, but it was clean and I was able to relax. The building is currently undergoing renovations, and there are protective sheets stuck up all over the place, so I'd like to see them when they're gone.
