First post-Covid trip to Tokyo. Andaz Toranomon is same as before which gave us like a warm welcome back to home. Staff is professional, attentive and nice. Location is even better with improved metro network and new stations.

The room is relatively large among high-end hotels in Tokyo. The Tokyo Tower and the scenery are unobstructed outside the window. The hotel service is very warm and thoughtful, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is rich and varied, the facilities are very new, except for the price, everything else is quite satisfactory. Worth recommending.

The experience was very good. Check-in was done sitting down, drinks were available 24 hours a day in the lobby, happy hour was from 5 to 8 pm every night, and the breakfast was very rich. This is a hotel you absolutely cannot miss when you come to Tokyo, especially its tower view room. Although I have seen many photos taken by others on the website, when you open the door of the hotel and lie on the bed and see the Tokyo Tower in your central field of vision, there will be too many emotions in your heart. It is the Tokyo Tower in the TV series Tokyo Love Story and the Tokyo Tower in countless Japanese documentary promotional films. I only slept for 3 hours in the 24 hours in the hotel. The rest of the time I was watching the blue hour, dusk, night and early morning. It’s really worth staying here!
