The location and cleanliness are very good. Staff are very friendly. Free breakfast is good. However, they should consider a change of menu. Everyday curry vegetables, chicken, and beef are boring. The free drink and wines are superb. Not to mention, the onsen is a plus point. Overall, I like the place.

Very nice experience there. free alcoholic drinks and breakfast included, which u can have curry all you want. Moreover, the bed and facilities are clean and tidy. I recommend it for the tourists alone.

High quality capsule hotel. Suitable for single traveler. With public bath, free food and drinks. Large common areas included. And the capsule size is acceptable. Checkin and checkout smooth and quick. Good.

First of all, the location is so good. JR Shinjuku Station 5 minutes away. The location of the accommodation is an important part of the trip.. I'm very satisfied. The kindness of the managers is a bonus. Breakfast, drinks. Japanese alcohol in the evening. You can have a cup of sake. Is there any other satisfaction like this!

Nice Capsule hotel with a bath. In the communal area free food and drinks and easy to meet new people. Location is also great.

Location was definitely good as it was very near Shinjuku station. Place was also kept very clean despite the high occupancy. What I didnt like was that I had to lock up my luggage bag at the ground floor and that there was no possibility to have it as the same floor of my capsule to facilitate easy retrieval of personal items. Breakfast was really simple and basic: rice and curry and I was expecting more. Inside the capsule I didn’t feel like that was air con. I could only use the electric fan and that felt uncomfortable.

I stayed in Anshin's Kyoto hotel and enjoyed my stay there so much so that I decided to stay in their Tokyo hotel. Anshin Shinjuku is so convenient as it is so close to Shinjuku Station as well as the Express Bus Terminal. The capsule was spacious for me (I'm 6 ft), comfortable and clean. The staff was very diligent in cleaning the lounge and bathroom. The lounge has free drinks throughout the day and breakfast was tasty, although I didn't take the free supper as I don't have the habit of doing so. Compared to another capsule hotel I stayed in Shinjuku as well as Ueno, I'll definitely stay in Anshin Shinjuku again. As for service, most staff were very friendly except for one which I encountered who was a bit grumpy that day. Nevertheless, I had a very pleasant stay.

Free lounge is all good but sometimes too crowd and noisy. Not a good choice for those who have difficulty in sleeping.

Comfortable capsule hotel with plenty of amenities and it even includes free food and drinks! Security is tight as you need your room key to get into the room leading to your capsule, which is good. Plenty of bathroom and sinks, so I didn't have to wait to use one. WiFi is fast Luggage storage is limited, so pack light if you can. Big bags are usually kept in their store room, which lockers can only fit your clothes and shoes. You're most conveniently located next to shinjuku station and there are lots of eateries nearby. Overall a comfortable stay

Very friendly and helpful staff! I was able to leave my suitcase a couple hours before check-in time and also could leave my suitcase after checkout for a few extra hours. The capsule room was clean. Shower and onsen pool was great! And the amount of products available for hair care and face care was amazing! Location is the best and the perks that come with this hotel really amazed me. Will definitely stay again when in Shinjuku!!

Love this place. Stayed here 8 years ago and it didnt disappoint the second time. Much busier than I remembered and a lot more foreigners than previously. The rules also seem less strict this time. A few changes including the unlimited drinks and snacks are great. They replaced the steam room with a dry sauna too. Location is perfect - right in the middle of Shinjuku and beside the station.

Exceptional stay. They provide all necessary amenities and much more extra. The onsen is great for relaxing and the staff speak good english. I loved it
