Very nice experience there. free alcoholic drinks and breakfast included, which u can have curry all you want. Moreover, the bed and facilities are clean and tidy. I recommend it for the tourists alone.

close to Shinjuku station, staff is helpful and kindness to support any request, cabin is fit for purpose and not pain.

First of all, the location is so good. JR Shinjuku Station 5 minutes away. The location of the accommodation is an important part of the trip.. I'm very satisfied. The kindness of the managers is a bonus. Breakfast, drinks. Japanese alcohol in the evening. You can have a cup of sake. Is there any other satisfaction like this!

Location was definitely good as it was very near Shinjuku station. Place was also kept very clean despite the high occupancy. What I didnt like was that I had to lock up my luggage bag at the ground floor and that there was no possibility to have it as the same floor of my capsule to facilitate easy retrieval of personal items. Breakfast was really simple and basic: rice and curry and I was expecting more. Inside the capsule I didn’t feel like that was air con. I could only use the electric fan and that felt uncomfortable.

Comfortable capsule hotel with plenty of amenities and it even includes free food and drinks! Security is tight as you need your room key to get into the room leading to your capsule, which is good. Plenty of bathroom and sinks, so I didn't have to wait to use one. WiFi is fast Luggage storage is limited, so pack light if you can. Big bags are usually kept in their store room, which lockers can only fit your clothes and shoes. You're most conveniently located next to shinjuku station and there are lots of eateries nearby. Overall a comfortable stay

Very friendly and helpful staff! I was able to leave my suitcase a couple hours before check-in time and also could leave my suitcase after checkout for a few extra hours. The capsule room was clean. Shower and onsen pool was great! And the amount of products available for hair care and face care was amazing! Location is the best and the perks that come with this hotel really amazed me. Will definitely stay again when in Shinjuku!!

Exceptional stay. They provide all necessary amenities and much more extra. The onsen is great for relaxing and the staff speak good english. I loved it

Anshin Oyado Shinjuku was my first capsule hotel experience. Surprisingly accommodating, clean and well equipped with basically everything that you need. Clean living and lounging area, great free drinks and snacks in the morning. It is amazing to see everyone regardless of background respecting the rules and together keeping the facility very clean. Only thing I would say is need to get used to packing and unpacking and bringing what you need from the locker area to upstairs, elevator can be sometimes a wait due to only one available to go to living floors. Lovely experience overall and will definitely return.

The location is convenient and the staff are friendly. Yoi have everything you need at the hotel.

Very good hotel located close to Shinjuku JR station with less than 3 mins walk. Good for taking a short rest before making other long haul trip

Stayed 15th Feb 2024. Room walls are not solid and can hear everything. Capsule was hot. Air conditioning was poor for the dormitory area. The morning after staying the dormitory area smelt like 40 drunk men sleeping In a small bedroom. Toilets have been put outside the dormitory area which is a poor design as 40 people opening and closing the main security door to go to the toilets all night is a nightmare. I Had about 4 hours sleep. Stayed 1 night and checked out early. Staff were very good though. First and last time I stay in a capsule.
