The location is great. Great choice for a stay in the Ginza area after some busy shopping. The Onsen is good enough for a hotel in an urban area.

2nd time staying in this hotel. Location is so convenient as it is right in front of the exit for Higashi-Ginza station (direct line going to Haneda airport). Rooms are also clean and comfortable. The hotel's onsen are also perfect for a late night soak after a long day of exploring.

Great location, very close to the shopping districts of Ginza. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Good access to the Tokyo Metro. Plus point is the Starbucks and Starbucks Reserve within walking distance. Also plus point: the hotel serve free coffee at the lobby. Room is on the smaller end (as with any hotel in Tokyo) but the nice lobby is a nice escape from the room. Clean and daily replenish of towels. This is top choice for me. I would gladly book again when I visit Tokyo.

We chose this hotel last minute due to some changes to our itinerary. The hotel is located in Ginza and just 10 mins walk to main shopping street. 6 mins walk to the JR train station for Haneda Airport. Access to the room is by using a pin code. There is no need to checkout at counter, just need to place the checkout magnetic sign at the room front door facing the corridor. The room space is very limited. Enough for 1 24" & 3 20" luggage bags. Any additional big luggage bags in the room, you need to walk on top of the beds. Laundry room, you may skip it. No coins or cards are accepted. You need to download an app to make payment just for the 3kg wash & drying machines (separate machines) If you intend to forward your bulk luggage bags to the hotel, they only accept on the check-in date due to limited space. I booked the hotel through Trip.com. So i went through Trip.com agent to communicate with the hotel if i could send my luggage to the hotel 2 days early before my check-in date. The staff responds YES, they will help me keep. Then we dragged our 3 28" heavy luggage bags through the train, staircases & streets to reach the hotel. The staff that greeted us rejected our luggage bags. I gave her my check-in details & the staff name that accepted our request but to no avail. Luckily, we are able to send our luggage bags to our next hotel through JP Post at Lawson convenience store nearby after 30 mins searching around. If the staff that replied to my request rejected me upfront, all this wouldn't have happened. We are like an ****** dragging our luggage bags around. I can't imagine what will happen to our luggage bags if we used a luggage forwarding company to send them in 2 days early? Return back to the company, and we have to collect them? On the day before we drag our luggage bags, i've sent an email to the hotel directly to clarify again. They didn't reply. Even until now, after a few weeks, i didn't get any response from the hotel. Excellent customer service, keep up the good work.

Best hotel ever! very conveniently located. Step out of the hotel and higashi-ginza station is right infront of your eyes and you can walk to ginza station via underground passage. Hotel provides free coffee/tea (6am-11pm) and alcohol(night) everyday. Room was very clean but small like any another hotel in tokyo but i really dont see a problem there since we are only there to sleep and out the whole day. can open 1 LARGE luggage in full.

I love the location it’s super convenient. Staff are super polite and smiley. Service wise is not good too many strange rules firstly, there is no phone in the room. In case u need one it’s near the elevator on each floor to speak to the staff. The twin bed are way too big for us 2/3 of the room. I can’t even open my suitcase easily. Only one elevator in this 14 storeys hotel right next to their emergency stairways. There is a sign saying if you are in a rush please use the stairways but we were on the higher floor and it’s so cold February a few degrees Celsius ???? Well no thanks I shall wait patiently then…… No daily cleaning service we stayed 5 nights the hotel offered one time cleaning during our stay. All the dirty linens and garbage have to be placed outside your door by 10am if new towels needed. Strangely one bottle complimentary water was given to 2 guests daily together in a bag of towels and slippers toothbrush garbage bags. Only one washing machine ¥600 35mins, dryer ¥300 60mins available (cashless payment only) Onsen too small and poor facilities.

Good location and close to an exit of a subway station but no escalator or elevator from to the ground level. Tiny room with basic amenities but no space for large size baggage. Public bath is small in size. Breakfast in take-away paper bags and only a few tables in lobby.

Hotel is located right outside one of the Tokyo metro line. Quite convenient. Onsen is smaller than expected, and don’t understand why there is no hairdryer in the changing room. Rooms are okay.

Nice hotel in Ginza and very nice and friendly staff. One elevator can be quite slow in peak times. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment. Rooms are very small but expected for Tokyo. The hot spring is also very small but nice.

Limited breakfast selection, there are two cafe around the corner that open from 7am Public bath is nice, they don't offer mineral water in the room until the next day of check in and housekeeping doesn't take place everyday
