Ulasan Shinagawa Prince Hotel N Tower

Great location as it is super near station, in japan you pretty much stay anywhere as long as you are close by train station then you are fine, also look for near by stores or places you are interested on and it will work for you, rooms are big western type. Be aware that there is really not much to do around, it seems like we saw a lot of businesses, but as I mentioned if you are close to a station you will be ok 👍

Hotel location is convenient to take flights from Haneda airport. Staying this hotel you don’t need to be worried about foods. It’s in shopping mall area and there’s 7-11 around. Room is not too small but because of room layout so we have 2 big luggage but have to open one by one which is not bad if you have good planning daily. Robot was surprised me bringing the bottle of water to my room lol. Lovely! 😊

The room was satisfactory but I was nonplussed by the fact that you couldn’t warm the room easily and by the bay window where you could see and I assume be seen by those in an office building across from the window.. The bathroom was nice & clean. Everywhere the service was polite. The breakfast was mediocre for this class of hotel and somewhat crowded. The Prince facilities are good with shopping, a bowling alley, cinema and Aqua Park but the swimming pool was closed. I used the laundry & it was fine.

Small room as expected in Japan. A very small fridge (almost cute) but no issues. The normal small room safe was good to have. The humidifier worked initially but later showed red diagnostic lights albeit didn’t it affect our stay. No problem with the air conditioner. The hotel proximity to the Shinagawa JR station was awesome. Plenty of power adapters bit no USB adapter available at the hotel but no problem if you have your own. No issues when requesting room to be cleaned. Food court available in the Annex To

The staffs are really friendly and helpful, the location is really convenience for travel, this is the second time we stayed in the hotel, highly recommended.

You can't beat the location of this hotel, but next time, I will be more mindful of which building of the hotel I book. We stayed in the N Tower this time around. N to me means "Not New". The room was definitely older. The bathroom was pretty dingy. It's raised 9 inch off the ground and teeny tiny with yellow lighting. The room was very small. too small to even put up the luggage rack that came in the closet. I had to use the "bay window" area to put my luggage. The room temp was very warm and despite there being a thermostat control in the room, it didn't work. Fortunately, two small side windows of the bay window opened up partially and we had those windows opened 24 hours a days for our 4 day stay. We had to be resourceful in order to make this room work for us. There's a Lounge upstairs which is also where breakfast was served each day.. Pretty minimal offerings, a small selection of breads, coffee, tea, a hot item, a salad item, some canned fruit, cereals, yogurt and a hot broth. Nothing outstanding or noteworthy but enough to fill the void. Upsides: There's a 7-11 just outside of the main lobby (on the second floor) and tho super busy, was always well stocked with sandwiches, snacks, ice creams, noodles and more. There's a food court in the Annex Bldg next door that offered something for everyone. ramen, takoyaki, katsu, curry, and more. There's plenty of restaurants nearby as well. It's a super short walk to Shinagawa Station. THIS is the biggest reason to stay here! Next time, I will be sure to book a room in the Main Tower which have larger rooms.

Hotel location is excellent , highly recommended for those travelled a long way into Shinagawa as it is 5 min walk only. Before you check in, pls check which tower you have booked. There are Main, North, east and annex. For breakfast, it is a bit simple for North tower. And the others are quite good except there are many guests so pls avoid the peak hours, overall an excellent hotel

Great location, amazing breakfast lounge. If you are parking a car overnight, it cost 1500yen per night.
