The hotel room is very tiny but it is also very clean. The bedding are very comfortable. Breakfast is very simple. Overall happy with the hotel. However I will choose a better location such as Shibuya.....

Loved the location! So convenient and easy to find. Almost literally across the street from Shinagawa station (which is on the Yamanote line, and the Shinkansen) plus only 25mins to Haneda airport.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean albeit small. The hotel is very close to Shinagawa station. An enjoyable stay overall.

Excellent location for Shinagawa Shinkansen. Lovely simple breakfast too. 7-11 just behind hotel, connect on L2. Would stay again!

Maybe the best looking rooms in Bangkok for that price. Really good hotel. The security guard outside is extremely friendly and nice too!

Great location as it is super near station, in japan you pretty much stay anywhere as long as you are close by train station then you are fine, also look for near by stores or places you are interested on and it will work for you, rooms are big western type. Be aware that there is really not much to do around, it seems like we saw a lot of businesses, but as I mentioned if you are close to a station you will be ok 👍

Hotel location is convenient to take flights from Haneda airport. Staying this hotel you don’t need to be worried about foods. It’s in shopping mall area and there’s 7-11 around. Room is not too small but because of room layout so we have 2 big luggage but have to open one by one which is not bad if you have good planning daily. Robot was surprised me bringing the bottle of water to my room lol. Lovely! 😊

The room was satisfactory but I was nonplussed by the fact that you couldn’t warm the room easily and by the bay window where you could see and I assume be seen by those in an office building across from the window.. The bathroom was nice & clean. Everywhere the service was polite. The breakfast was mediocre for this class of hotel and somewhat crowded. The Prince facilities are good with shopping, a bowling alley, cinema and Aqua Park but the swimming pool was closed. I used the laundry & it was fine.

Small room as expected in Japan. A very small fridge (almost cute) but no issues. The normal small room safe was good to have. The humidifier worked initially but later showed red diagnostic lights albeit didn’t it affect our stay. No problem with the air conditioner. The hotel proximity to the Shinagawa JR station was awesome. Plenty of power adapters bit no USB adapter available at the hotel but no problem if you have your own. No issues when requesting room to be cleaned. Food court available in the Annex To
