The receptionist do speak really good English and so helpful. The room is quite small but have all we need. Good location. And there’s no key or keycard but digital lock. I like it.

Amazing hotel and lovely staff supporting our stay. The Onsen hotspring is a real gamechanger and it feels great. I came exhausted from work but this hotspring has relieved me from all my stress. The breakfast was good, though I miss the bread section with toppings(ham, cheese etc). Definitely a recommendation if you want to stay in ikebukero.

Everything is good. Decent breakfast provided . Free hot spring is just nice after a long day walk in Tokyo.

Location is good. Take exit West(N, 20b) and walk straight after cross the zebra cross in front of Family Mart Hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally small. I booked a 2 beds (with bunk beds) to have more space for us. There are pillows for you to choose next to the life lobby and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Very convenient. Nothing much for the breakfast. ¥1,000 can eat a lot more outside.

Ikebukuro station doesn't have any lifts or elevators, so it might be inconvenient for travelers who have to carry their luggage. However, the staff and hotel facilities are excellent. We love it!

Only 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!

Very nice, I am always a fan of super hotel. Always have the comfortable stay. The common bath area is always good. Good breakfast as always.

A lot of free stuff to enjoy. I like the cocktail corner with gin vodka sake and many more non alcoholic drinks for us to try. There is also a dispenser for soft drinks and coffee. I like the ice cold lemon water too. Water dispenser on every floor Good. Only not too ok is the room which I stayed is really small.

The hotel is generally great and accessible, around 5 mins walk from the JR station and there’s a convenient store next to on the hotel. The Onsen is available from 3pm - 9.30am daily, so you will have sufficient time to enjoy yourself. The room is however very small and you might find it very squeeze if you’re travelling with your plus one.

Location is an acceptable distance from ikebukuro station but it is located in the streets that have more girls bar in general. staff is english speaking and can help safe-keep luggage before checking in and on checkout day as well. Very clean hotel and has some selection of free alcohol from 5 to 9pm.
