Location is good, easily accessible to various eateries, shopping locations and metro stations. Room size is good. Able to fit 2 big luggage, air conditioning is good too. Shower pressure was awesome, amenities provided were basically top notch. Self service luggage storing was easy to use. Cafe area with comics is a plus too and a small bar that offers welcome drinks which ended up in us buying more as it tasted good. Roof observation deck was so awesome. Will come back again.

The location is easily accessible. We can take different metro lines within walking distance. There is a family mart on the ground floor. Hotel room is good. Nicely designed, comfortable beds and large bath tub. There is also accessible room which is very good for the elderly. Self check in and check out is convenient. Also, free luggage storage is available.

Walking distance to Sensoji temple (10 mins) and train (5mins). Reception are auto check-in with a.i Japanese animation character. Spacious room but the only thing is no bottle water provided in the room. Overall all good and will come stay again.

I stayed in two hotels in Japan. This was the second one where I didn’t have any rash on my body at first, but after I checked in, I started getting rashes on my body. After informing the hotel, they told me that my skin was dry and allergic, the room hygiene needed to be improved, and seeing a doctor was more expensive than the room price...

Really enjoyed the stay here! Location is very near Asakusa, just one metro station away. It is also within walking distance to Sensoji, which we walked to explore the streets and shops. The auto check in and out is a cool concept, and the room is spacious and very clean. The room we got comes with the LG styler and we used it everyday for our clothes after a long day of exploring.

It is all self check in and very easy. it had many luggage storage place. awesome and straight to the point - travel / rest / sleep.

Checking in and out is self service through Kiosk .There is Minimarts near Hotel.It’s very Convenient.

Very good hotel. Fast check-in and check-out process. Having laundry machine and cloth cleaning machine is wonderful.

Despite the rooms being relatively compact, the overall environment is clean and tidy. The implementation of a smart check-in system adds to the ease and efficiency of the stay.

This was a really nice hotel, very clean, good air con, great services, laundry machines are 3kg which is not the best, and the Ginza line can be a bit slow, the LG styler is a great feature.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Only a short walk from the Tokyo sky tree and Sensō-ji. The rooms nice and clean with enough space. They offer free toiletries outside the lift and check in and check out was very easy.

Check-in is easy with English manual in the check-in machine. Welcome drink is available free of charge on the second floor. Room is small but enough for 1 or 2 persons, also it’s clean. Despite there are no reception staff , you could call them from phone or from the check-in machine, and they come out from office to help quickly. I forgot my room card and they provide quickly for me. Language could be stored in the corridor area with lock chain. Convenient location with subway station several hundred meters distance, also there is a Family Mart on ground floor.

Check in and check out very easy and quickly. It's quick near 淺草雷門，Many cafes are at there, so that we can shopping all the day.
