Ulasan Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet

Very close to Nova world. A free bus took us around to enjoy activities. We chose to visit Safari zoo, did not have a lot of animals. But it was ok

The hotel is located far from the city centre. I had requested a welcome room decoration to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, when we entered the room, there was no decoration. Additionally, the receptionists did not provide us with any information about the hotel's facilities, amenities, or complimentary services, such as the free sauna or complimentary chocolate. There was also no coffee or tea in our room, and we were only provided with two bottles of water per day, with a charge for any additional water, despite of the fact that we booked the Executive room. Lastly, when we checked out and returned the key, the receptionist did not even smile or thank us, even though I, as a guest, had done so first.

Nice hotel with great location. Whole family enjoy staying in this hotel. Sure will book again same hotel if travel to Phan Thiet again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself was beautiful, and the service provided by the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The pool and pool area were fantastic, also the Beach offering a great place to relax with a superb view. Additionally, the food was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and enjoyable stay.

Everything is good except the location because it’s not in the city. Otherwise I still enjoy it.

extremely unsatisfactory

I love the hotel a lot, it’s new and it’s affordable. I had breakfast and lunch there for two days and they are great! The room is also very comfortable! It’s also just a street away from the beach, despite the water isn’t in good condition to swim. I would go back again.

Mình vừa hoàn thành chuyến nghỉ dưỡng cùng ba mẹ tại Movenpick, phải công nhận khách sạn ghi điểm n*** từ kiến trúc đến dịch vụ tại đây, dù phải Checkin hơi trễ 15h nhưng bù lại sảnh chính cũng rộng rãi thoải mái, nhân viên lịch sự vui vẻ. Phòng ốc phải nói là còn rất mới, mọi thứ cổ cổ như lạc trên boong tàu cướp biển thật ấy. Khách sạn rất chú trọng đến môi trường, tất cả dụng cụ đều được làm bằng vật liệu thiên nhiên, buổi chiều còn có tiệc nhẹ socola rất đáng yêu cho gđ có trẻ nhỏ. Buffet sáng rất đa dạng món ăn, nếu có dịp quay lại mình vẫn sẽ chọn nơi đây lưu trú

호텔 자체로 매우 훌륭합니다. 수영장 시설도 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 3시 쵸콜렛 아워의 구성은 기대에 미치지 못했지만 무료로 당충전이 가능했습니다. 수영장 이용이 7시까지라 밤수영을 즐기지ㅜ못한것은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 근처 서커스랜드로 가는 무료 셔틀을 놓쳤을때 친절히 버기카로 이동을 도와주었습니다. 주변의 인프라가 많이 아쉽긴 했지만 핑키가든, 비키니해변 등의 야경은 나름대로 운치가 있았습니다.
